Bruh tagging people is such a struggle. Like seriously?

I understand that it's people who I don't follow, but I actually do make an attempt to follow them, but for some reason when I do it on my phone it doesn't fucking work so what the hell am I supposed to do??? Why do I have to log in on my fucking laptop to be able to follow someone?? Wattpad can you fix yourself?
