I don't know if I have enough meat to support this rant I have, but it's one of the things that I noticed from the very first moment I landed on this planet that we call Wattpad.

1. Why is it that males get soooo many followers?

Like seriously, any damn guy with a profile picture of his actual self gets so many followers like seriously girls, obsessed much?

And you see, some of these guys are such shitty writers but lo and fucking behold, 20000000 followers and all the comments on his book are like "OMG ARTHURRR YOU'RE SUCH AN AMAZING AUTHORRRR I LOVE YOUUUU."

Did I mention that lots of these males have selfie covers? Smh

2. Other than males, how is it that people with NO BOOKS AT ALL get so many followers?

Sometimes I just sit and stare at my screen, wondering why the fuck some of us struggle and then there's people who don't even do shit and still get so many followers

Not that one's worth should be determined by the number of followers, no. (So like don't take this seriously)

But it's a bit like when there's that one person in your class who is always joking around and out partying and then gets all A fucking Stars in their exams
