So this isn't really a rant, it's something a little bit different. Because you're all so awesome.

Some of these may or may not be based on some observations on the comments on this book;)

But the more I interact with wattpad readers, there's certain behaviors or trends that one can notice, and I took the task upon myself to note these fuggers down.

Shall we begin?

1. The Ghost

This is obviously the readers who read your book but NEVER comment or vote or leave any trace of themselves, so they were never there. Like what's up with the silence, ya?

Or maybe they just don't have wifi.

2. Too Lazy To Comment

This is pretty self-explanatory (lol I've always wanted to use that word). These are the readers who actually vote and stuff, but never comment or do anything like that

3. The Emotionally Attached

So basically there's always that one person who gets emotionally involved and/or attached to characters in a book.

Even though this rant book hasn't got any main characters or whatever, there are still those emotional commenters who 'catch' feelings lol

Most of their comments are like

OMG DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT OKAY QUENTIN IS MY LOVE

and well, I sit on my bed wondering what the hell I said to make them turn on their caps lock (and their feelings) haha

4. The Randoms

You will find that their profile picture appears x20 on your notifications - saying that they've commented all these times on the SAME CHAPTER

Like they will literally comment on every single sentence

And the funny thing is, around 90% of these comments have NOTHING to do with the chapter

It's like, did you read what I just wrote? Because they'll be talking about some random ass thing that came out of nowhere, but they're so random it's hilarious

Like what would my life be without these poems about cows ;)

5. The Take-Everything-Seriously

These ANNOYING ASS individuals who always feel the need to give a critique or leave serious comments all the time

Here they are, to tell you that you wrote 'the' as 'teh'.

Like look, okay, I know I have spelling mistakes and typos, but it's never that serious

loosen up your tie a lil' bit!

6. The Fan Club

So like my heart always skips a beat when I see someone with a username like 1DisMyLife because I know that THIS IS THE ARMY

Like these guys will STICK UP for their mains

As in, you need to be afraid. Because they will come at you in numbers if you dare insult their god (Harry Styles or something).

5. The Activists

They are the other form of army, who don't feel passionately about a celeb but about certain issues such as human or animal rights or whatever

So one slip up and they're on your case, yea, you write that you're going to eat some chicken because it's fucking good and they're like "HOW DO YOU THINK THEY FEEL OKAY?" Or something like that

Or the feminists. One cannot simply say 'businessman' or 'fisherman' because POWER TO THE WOMEN K, WE ALSO SAY BUSINESSWOMEN AND FISHERWOMEN

(It's a joke, I kid, don't take it the wrong way #DontAngerTheFeminists)

6. The Bestie You've Never Met

I love these guys because we relate on another level, yea, like on every chapter they'll be like "OMG I FUCKING KNOW" or "OMG SO. DARN. TRUE."

From then on we become best friends because we bitches just be thinkin' on the same wavelength and shit

7. The Lost Ones

So looking up my notifications there's usually an order in which one would read a story, which MORE OFTEN THAN NOT is in the orders that the chapters appear.

But no. It doesn't work this way for the lost ones. Because that's too mainstream.

My notifications will be like dis:

The other kinds of Lost Ones are those you know have read the whole book so far, then. You get a notification saying that they commented on Chapter 1 again

8. The Know-It-Alls

Guys it's never a bad thing to know it all, before you say anything.

In fact, let me bore you with a little life story.

Today I was at a friend's house as they were hosting a little party. In it I met the cutest boy, 9 years old, and FUCKING SMART.

He explained to me the issue of the Cuban Missile Crisis IN FUCKING DETAIL K, the kid made me rethink my whole life because I'm still struggling with that topic and I'm 16 okay whatever pshhhttt

I asked him if he had a girlfriend then he said,

"No...girls don't really like me. They think I'm a geek."

And you know what I told him? To keep doing what he does, because one day those girls will grow up and realise that the geeks are so much better than the stupid ones

Anyway, these know-it-Alls are the ones who know EVERY REFERENCE FROM EVERY BOOK OR SHOW OR COUNTRY THAT I MENTION

9. The Amazing Ones

Finally, these are the sweetest ones who will go out of their way to send you a lovely message asking how your day was and getting to know you and having your back all the time

IT'S LIKE WHY DO WE LIVE IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, WE'RE MEANT TO GO TOGETHERRR [LIKE shapdabdabadabdinkiwinkidlnk]
