Chapter 48>> Dress Shopping.

"You should be resting." Said Fred as belated in bed watching his fiancé getting dressed for the day. She pulled on leggings and a loose top with a leather jacket on the top, her black doc martens on her feet. George was down stairs so it was just the two of them in the twins' old bedroom.

"I'm fine, I'm simply getting a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. It can't take that long."

Boy was she wrong. Three hours, four different shops and the dresses were no good. The group all entered the fifth shop and instantly Orion went to look around. The others kept suggesting dresses for Orion to have but they weren't right. She didn't want too fancy like Fleur was suggesting. She didn't want too laid back like Ginny was showing her. She didn't want frills like Katie was pointing out or mermaid tails like Angelina was suggesting. Alicia was showing small very short dresses and Molly was going for a really extravagant puffy dress that would drown Orion in it.

There wasn't something the woman wasn't looking for in particular but everything shown to her just didn't seem right. It was then that a dress caught her eye. It was long and white with thin layers that blended together and around the bodice were white a gold flowers that banded around the waist and trailed down the side a little ending at the hips. It was beautiful. Not too fancy but not too simple. It was so Orion. The other women tried to show her to her dresses but she didn't listen. She walked slowly towards the dress to admire it more, Hermione coming up beside her. "Is That the one you like the most?" The girl asked just as a shop assistant joined the pair.

"Miss, would you like to try it on?" The woman asked as Orion stared in awe at it.

"Please." The shop assistant careful took it from the rack and handed it to the soon to be bride, and showed her to the changing room leaving Molly and the others to take a seat near by.

"Zat was a peculiar dress." Stated Fleur. "It was lovely, but sort of different."

Minutes later Orion returned the shop assistant who had assisted her into the dress following behind a smile on her face. Molly gasped, Ryan looked gorgeous. Angelina, Alicia and Katie smirked knowing full well Fred would adore her in the dress and Ginny looked proud. "Well my brother will be speechless." She said.

"And your godfathers will faint." Added Tonks. "You look amazing."

"You look so so so beautiful, dear." Fused Molly. "Is this the one?"

Orion nodded giddily. "Now it's down to the bridesmaid dresses."

The shop assistant took her back into the changing room asking Molly to follow as she would be helping Orion into the dress on the day. She explained to Molly how to make sure the dress is on properly and a few other things before allowing Orion to take it off and change back into her normal clothes.

Orion paid for the dress and loved onto the bridesmaid dresses not before asking Tonks to see if she could find a nice veil for her. A few dresses later Orion was sure she had found the right dresses for the girls to wear. They were teal satin dresses, a little above the knee with lace on the bodice and a rim around the waist.

The girls looked stunning in them and much to Ginny's delight she didn't look horrendous nor do it clash with her hair. Unlike the dress she had to wear as Fleur's bridesmaid. Orion told the group to wait outside as she paid for the dresses and the veil, fortunately having money she inherited from the family vault in Gringotts and she converted it to muggle money so that she could pay in the shops. She paid for the gorgeous veil Tonks had chosen but still had to buy two more items.

Just in case of two of the girls wanting to wear long dresses she bought two long teal dresses for them.

After that the group went for some lunch and to pick out shoes. Then they returned to the Burrow hiding the dresses in Ginny's closet and sealing it shut from any snoopers. (Fred in particular).

"Did you find a dress?" Fred asked Orion as she snuggled into him on the sofa.

"Yup. After four shops." She replied. "Did you find a suit?"

Fred grumbled, "I'd rather marry in my boxers but I did after six shops. Teal for the tie right?" Orion nodded, "Thank Merlin Harry knew what fucking teal is. I had no clue that their were different shades of colours except for light and dark."

"Fred you were the one that suggested it!" The girl exclaimed kissing his cheek. "Bloody mental you are."

Ron disagreed, "I think you're the mental one, Ry, after all you're marrying the git."

"Ronald I find that very offensive, you are officially band from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes."

"You can't do that!"

"I can."

"Fred play nice." Orion said. "Ron can use magic outside of Hogwarts now."

"Whats he gonna do turn me into a dog?" Fred laughed, teasing his brother. Ron scowled and whipped out his wand doing just that.

Sirius entered the room and growled, "who let that mut in here! I am the only dog in this family! Be gone you skanky thing! Be gone before I bite your tail off!"

"It's Fred." Giggled Hermione, "he was tormenting Ron."

"And my point still stands, be gone you skanky prat!"
