Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. I finally saw the panel at C2E2 where the writer of the Batman vs. Deathstroke storyline in DC comics where Batman and Slade are battling over who the true father of Damian Wayne is. Discussed the story and at one point in the video says "The Loser Gets Stuck With Damian." That told me everything I needed to know. It's obvious to me that Priest doesn't like writing for Damian. Why else do you think he was written so terrible in the Lazarus Contract storyline!? First we get that and now this? I mean come on. Look, Priest is a talented writer. His run on Deathstroke has been pretty good so far and he seems like a nice guy and I don't have any grudge against this dude but, he should not be writing for Damian Wayne or changing his story. It seems to me like he wants to sabotage his character. (Same goes with DC lately). I'm so tired of Damian being treated like crap. He is written so well in Super sons. At this point that's how he should be written. He's progressed so much and shouldn't be regressing as a character. I honestly just want Tomasi and Gleason to write him because they are great at it and know how to humanize him.

Anyways, in the interview he also talks about how he doesn't know the outcome and that's up to dc. I also saw the audience reaction and I couldn't believe they raised hands for Deathstroke. Granted, this is an audience for a Deathstroke panel and not something like say SuperSons. But, you get the idea. Anyways, I'm sorry for a bit of a downer of a post but I felt like this was something worth sharing.  Keep tweeting and messaging DC Comics as much as you can.  Hopefully they don't do something stupid.
