~Emma's pov~

We walked onto route 214 in silence, successful at getting our most recent gym badges and by we I meant Silver, Destiny and myself. Gold had thankfully stayed behind because no matter how hard he tried he couldn't beat the Hearthome City Gym Leader. The he ghost types just seemed to much for his Pokémon but how I ended up traveling with the two is still a mystery to me... I mean the only thing that happened was that I head a gun pointed at my head and multiple kidnap atemptions, which was nothing I hadn't faced before. I mean they all failed but some how Silver and Destiny found out and forced me to travel with them we also stopped team Galactic twice and kicked Team Rockets ass thrice. But what seemed to have made them snap was me being held at gun point by some Team Void or whatever that popped up yesterday.

I sat up and stretching as I yawned off my sleep. I looked around the small campsite my Pokémon had assisted me in making the night before. The crisp morning air sending brief shivers down my spine as Starly chirped out their morning songs. My eyes slowly made there way over all my Pokémon, counting their presence off in my head one at a time.

Faith was sleeping next to where my head was, the little Mew was suckling on the end of her tail like a baby would a pacifier. Hope and Trust were curled up together at the foot of my sleeping bag, my shiny Umbreon curled around her younger Eevee sister in a protective way. Melody and Celeana were sleeping together in a nearby tree, I guess Legends like sleeping with each other or maybe it was because they were both psychic types since both Meloetta and Celebi share the psychic typing. Aura leaning against the bottom, the Lucario's chest rising and falling evenly with each breath while Twilight, Thunder and Guardian were leaning against each other with the shiny Zoroark in the middle of the Luxray and Absol.

I stretched again. Faith woke up, yawning loudly which woke up Twilight who then woke up Thunder who woke up Guardian who growled at Thunder for waking her up which woke everyone else up. Faith sweat dropped at the unintentional domino effect she had caused. ~Oops...~

~You stepped on my tail on purpose!~ Guardian accused, her white fur standing on end.

~So what if I did, what are you gonna do about small fri.~ Thunder shot back.

Guardian was smaller than Thunder but wasn't intimidated by the taller, older Pokemon she stood her ground, determined not show weakness against her foe and rival.

~What did you have against me!? What have I ever do to you to make you hate me, or is it that you just like picking on those who are smaller than you!?~ She hissed, the young Absol trying to find the answer she had been looking for since the day I'd caught her a few months ago.

I could tell my Luxray was loosing his temper with Guardian and last time he raged he actually killed a Pokémon. I almost lost him because Officer Jenny wanted him to get put down saying that he was to untamed for the good of society and it was only my title of Champion that saved him from getting put down.

I rose to my feet, quickly getting between the two of them. "Thunder. Guardian. Cool it, both of you. Remember what happened last time you got over angry, Thunder." I growled.

Guardian snickered and that was pretty much it for Thunder who pounced on the Absol. Pinning her beneath her, his claws pressed against against her throat.

"Thunder get off her now!" I ordered.

Twilight tackled Thunder knocking him off Guardian.

~WHAT WAS THAT?~ She ordered standing between the two, standing her ground protectively.

Thunder looked like he was about to attack Twilight, his red eyes enflames with pure rage. But thankfully his better judgment over ruled his anger and thought against it. The shiny Zoroark was after all one of my most powerful Pokemon, he snorted and walked off.

I sighed with relief. "Thank Arceus that's over." I walked over to Guardian who was picking herself up, kneeling by her side to help her up. "Are you alright?" I asked examining her for injuries but finding none. I fixed up the Absolite hanging from her neck before rising to my feet.

She shook her head. "I'm fine."

I nodded. "Don't you dare pull another stunt like that. You know good and well that Thunder will kill you if he got the chance, and that would resolute in me losing both of you." I pulled her into a hug. "I don't want to lose ether of you, okay."

She nodded. ~I just don't get what he has against me.~

After we packed up with thankfully no other problems, I retuned my Pokémon to there Pokéballs with the exception of the usual four and walked toward Veilstone City. Soon after entering I ran into Silver and Destiny who arrived together the night before. After figuring there wasn't really anything else to do, we walked to the Pokemon centre where we challenged the Gym leader, Maylene, I obliterated her with Aura who I had mega evolved just to show off, but I think that her Lucario is now crushing on mine and let me tell you that wasn't pretty. The only male Pokemon who can get away with looking at her like that is Blade, who still gets a hit on the back of the head.

When we'd all beat the gym leader we decided, much to my dismay, to look around they city which I soon got bored of. Destiny and Silver suggested that we get a room at the Pokémon Centre. But I 'politely' declined and said that I would camp outside the city on my own and we went our separate ways. Later, having nothing better to do I took out my guitar that Aura had kindly being carrying and started to play.

She cries in the corner where nobody sees

All my life I felt like I had never really known what love is. I absent mindedly plucked at random strings as I watched the moon rise, lost in thought. I didn't notice that my Pokemon had set up a camp, and I didn't notice the foot steps of an approaching danger until I had a gun pointed at the back of my head. I imidently snapped out of my thoughts and stopped playing my tune. frozen.

~Emma!~ I herd Melody shriek

"Don't move! or do you want a bullet in your trainers skull?" the stranger from behind said.

I looked at them signalling to wait. my fingers slowly made there was to Thunders Pokeball. I had left him in not wanting any arguments.

"Drop the guitar!" my capturer ordered.

I did as I was told letting my guitar drop.

"EMMA!" I herd Destiny shout

Crap

"Weevile, metal claw!" Silver ordered.

The attack nocked my capturer away, my Pokemon instantly made a wall in front of me. shielding me from any dangers. in watched as the man in a purple and black uniform run back into the woods. Dam team Void they had been following me for some time now.

"That's it Emma Joyce Dragon your not traveling alone any more!" Destiny shouted. "if me and Silver hasn't come by they would of got you!"

I sighed, there was no use arguing. "fine, but we go by my rules."
