Yay another update in the same day!

A lot of you have been asking that he should know the truth about Misha being innocent soon and trust me he will know the truth soon. The only reason I haven't done that yet is because he fell in love with her and then betrayed her after thinking she is a murderer but if he loves her back only after knowing that she is innocent then that's not true love. He falls for even though she did something horrific and now his love is making him question the evidence that pointed against her. So that's true love. Love that knows nothing but trust. And he needs to trust her before knowing she is innocent.

Misha's POV

"I will be honest Ms.Sachdeva, you are really good at your job. Welcome to the team, the deal is yours" Mr.Sharma shook hands with me proudly. After his team left, I looked back at my team and they all screamed in happiness. 

"Misha ma'am I am so glad we got you as our head" sachin spoke happily.

"Yes ma'am Sachin is right, you have taught us so much in just two weeks." Sanya, who was also in my team said proudly. 

After the meeting, they all headed their own ways to their own desks and I headed towards my Cabin.

Misha Sachdeva, Finance Analyst 

The cabin's door said my name proudly and I was happy. I had cracked my first deal at this company. 

My chachu and I had a heartfelt conversation few weeks ago. He convinced me to stay in India at least for a bit. And seeing how happy Vaani was after getting such a huge family, convinced me even more to stay here for her happiness. So I started looking for a job and finally found one. He wanted me to join back at the Sachdeva office but I rejected because I did not want to stay in India permanently, and wanted to stay away from Vivaan as much as I could. 

I tried avoiding Vivaan's thoughts but he always seems to get into mine and I don't know why. Even though he hurt me, I still could not stop myself for wishing him well after his accident.. He was the father of my child after all, how could I wish him bad. A while back, out of the blue Avi bhaiya and I were talking and Vivaan's name was mentioned. I asked bhaiya, how Vivaan was and he was surprised about how I knew about Vivaan's accident, so I explained him that his mom told me. After he told me, that Vivaan had recovered and was healthy now, I had sighed and an unknown stress from within my body had left. 

Eversince that day I have focusing more on my work trying to evade his thoughts.

It was around 6 pm when I heard my phone ring

"Tara?"

"Hi Di, Vaani and I are here at your office's reception. She really wanted to meet you and go out of ice cream" Tara smiled on the other side of the phone call. 

" of course she does.. haha .. she never forgets when I promise her ice cream dates but she always forgets for put her plate by the sink after each meal" I smiled remembering how  I had promised Vaani to take her for ice cream last night when she was not sleeping.

"Tara I will come down in half an hour ok? I am just finishing up a report here" and then we hung up and I got back to work.

Third Person POV

"Tara Maaasi please call mumma again.. please " Vaani said cutely while pouting her lips to her Tara maasi.

"Vaani baby your mumma will come down soon just wait baby okay" Tara tried her best  explaining Vaani but she was not listening. So Tara handed her phone to Vaani to play games and distract her while they were waiting for Misha at her office's reception. 

Tara saw Vaani make cute and funny faces while playing the game and could not help but smile at her antics. She patted her hand over Vaani's head and ruffled her hair little bit.

"I didn't know you would follow me all the way to my office girl!" Tara's head turned sharly recognizing the silky yet manly voice.

"You?!! What the hell are you doing here?" Tara spoke hesitantly towards the man she had met at the Bar few days ago and with whom she had shared a hot steamy kiss. 

"Babe you are at my office. I thought you followed this handsome hulk, aka me, here." he said looking hurt that she did not come there for him.

"Follow you?! huh you wish Kartik! You were just a one night thing for me... actually I did not even remember you until you showed up here..." and then the bickering between Tara and Kartik went on and on and on.

Vaani took pictures with the phone she was playing game on and started giggling at them. Until, she noticed a tall man with a strong built walk across the reception floor. The man stood by the elevator waiting for it to arrive and he was standing alone talking on his phone. She saw a crowd of people staring at the man in aw but he just ignored the crowd. His elevator doors opened and he turned.

As soon as he turned, Vaani felt strings of heart ring and a huge smile made its way to her face. It was her star that had come down on earth. She had always wished the star to come down on earth so that she could love him.

She sprinted her way across the floor, unknown to Tara who was busy bickering with Kartik.

Just before the elevator doors were about to close, she ran inside the elevator hurriedly inorder to catch the star before it made its way back to the sky.

"Daddy...!!!!" her voice boomed inside the elevator as she hugged the legs of that man. 

Daddy?!

Vivaan's heart beat faster hearing that. He looked down where he felt small hands wrap around his leg. He hung up on his call when he noticed a cute little girl standing there hugging him with a huge smile on her face. 

He smiled back at her. "Beta, where is your mama?"

"She is finishing her work daddy.... you are here... thank you daddy.... I loveeee you daddy" Vaani started pouring her heart out to her father. She always hoped that he would come out of the picture frame by her bedside and she could hug him just like this.

"Beta I am not your dadd.." before Vivaan could complete the elevator doors opened and he saw a young girl standing there. His elevator had not moved beyond the ground floor as he forgot to press any button when he saw this girl. 

Tara was shocked to see Vaani get into the elevator and she panicked. She ran towards the elevator and when the doors opened she saw Vaani standing there towards a man in the elevator. Kartik had also followed her seeing her panic.

"Vaani what are you doing here?" Tara was angry at Vaani 

"Maasi Look this is dadd.."

"Stop it is this the way to behave, what would have told your mumma if you got lost beta" tara bent down and hugged Vaani. 

Kartik and Vivaan did not know what to do. "Tara I will catch up with you later" Kartik said and dragged Vivaan into Vivaan's private elevator and pressed the floor button.

Tara was happy to see Vaani and glad she had not got lost. But when Vaani saw her father disappear in the elevator, she started crying. Just in time for the regular employee elevator to open and Misha came out. Seeing her baby crying, Misha got worried and asked Tara but Tara did not know anything so she nodded her head and signalled "I don't know".

"Dude what was that?" kartik was so confused by that child's actions

"I don't know why Kartik, that girl called me Daddy and I felt..so different I cant explain it dude" Vivaan replied. His hand fished into his jean's pocket but he noticed his pen missing. It was his Dad's pen. "Oh shit Kartik I think by mistake that girl has my pen, she was hugging my left and maybe ..." Vivaan pressed the reception floor button hurriedly. 

"Dude you're making no sense to me but okay lets go down "

The elevator doors opened and the two men came out and looked around dor Tara and that child.

Kartik saw Tara and the child with another woman. The other woman was trying to console the crying child while hugging her. He saw the baby holding the pen in her hand and turned to inform Vivaan that he had found her but he saw Vivaan frozen at his spot when he saw the woman hugging the child.

Vivaan's POV

I stood frozen at my spot. My heart beat slowed and I felt the world around me stop. 

"Misha" he name left my lips in surprise

Daddy..I loveee you daddy.. that girl's voice rang in my ears again. Could this be my dau..ghter?

I walked little closer to them but they did not notice me. I heard the girl mumble

"Mumma... he was hereee. mumma .... my star ...was here mumma" the cute girl spoke while hiccuping and crying and at the same time her eyes sought mine and her crying stopped. Her crying stopped and my heart beat increased.

Mummma...! She called my Misha as mumma ! That is my daughter.

I felt my heart itch and stop for a second. 

The girl broke loose of Misha's hug and ran towards me. I couldn't stop myself from from lowering myself on my knees. She ran and I felt her soft hands wrap around my neck and I heard her cute voice...

"Daddy...!!!My star..!!"
