"thank you everyone for coming. this is such an important moment for me because I get to be here with my wonderful son, felix" she looks at felix. "I'm so proud of you and how far you've come, it means a lot to me that you're here supporting me"

felix smiles and nods to his mom.

"I also wanna thank taeyoon, you've been there for me and my family, I love you" they both smile and cheers surround them.

chan looks down and takes a deep breath as he's nervous, which felix notices.

"you okay?" felix looks at him.

chan looks at him, and nods with a smile.

"felix..." he gets down on one knee, a gasp comes from felix. "being here today, witnessing all these moments with you and your family, it's made me think of something, it's made me wonder if all this is real, if meeting you was real. honestly it doesn't feel real to me because I never, ever thought I'd love someone as much as I love you. I know this is your mom's wedding but you've told me about how she wants your happiness more than anything... and I hope I can make you happy" he takes out a small black box from his jacket and opens it. "so... will you marry me?"

he was in major shock, he didn't expect he would be proposed to like ever.

he never really thought of his future with chan, but seeing him right now, he didn't care what the future brought him, he just wanted to be with chan.

it was silence as everyone was awaiting his answer, as he was taking a whiles to answer while he gathered his thoughts, chan started to doubt he would say yes.

"yes" chan smiles as everyone cheers for them.

they both stand up and hug each other tight, never wanting to let go of each other's embrace.

"my baby is engaged!" jisun stands up and hugs him after the two of them separate. "I'm so happy for you honey"

"thanks mom" he keeps the smile on his face.

"you take care of him okay?" she looks at chan. "I don't want my eldest child to not be happy"

"I'm your only child mom" she didn't respond, which had felix realize why she said it like that. "wait..."

"I didn't want to tell you now but... I guess I'd rather do it here because this is one of the happiest days of my life, because I now see how happy you've been since you've met chan... and I finally can start over with a new husband, and our new edition"

"you're pregnant?"

"I am" felix hugs her, when he separates, he looks at taeyoon.

"well... welcome to the family, dad" taeyoon smiles and stands up while the three of them form a group hug.

felix looks at chan and puts his hand out for him to join them, and he does.

...

felix comes into the family room to see his mom who looked like she had contractions.

"mom!"

"felix... my water broke" she says and felix holds onto her.

"oh my god! okay come on" he helps her out the door to get into his car and he calls taeyoon to let him know who's at work, and calls chan as well.

"hang in there mom" he says as she keeps groaning.

"I forgot how awful this part was" felix chuckles and he keeps driving. "you're lucky you don't do this"

they arrive at the hospital and he helps her out of the car and inside to notify the receptionist as she calls a doctor in to take her back.

a few minutes later taeyoon walks in and felix tells him the room number she's in, chan appearing shortly after.

"I can't believe this is happening, I'm getting a baby sister!" felix says and chan smiles from his excitement.

the two of them sit there awaiting for the doctor to come and tell them the baby has been delivered.

"hey..." chan holds his hand.

"hm?"

"would you... want one someday?"

"want what?"

"a child"

"well I don't know I never really thought about it, we aren't even married yet"

"I know but still..."

"I think... maybe someday... not now... but someday" chan smiles and strokes felix's hair until the doctor comes out.

when they walk in, they see jisun and taeyoon looking at the baby.

"oh hi honey, you wanna come meet your sister?" felix walks closer in and he looks at her.

"she looks like you" he smiles and she nods.

"she has her eyes" taeyoon says.

"what's her name?" felix looks at her.

"well this was actually something we were struggling on... you're already the australian name so we decided to call her by a korean name but I decided to combine all the ones I love's names... say hello to chaebok"

"you included me too?" chan asks.

"you make my lix so happy, I thought it was the best thing" smiles fill the room as they welcome chaebok to the world.

4 years later

"big brother! big brother! play with me!" chaebok tugs felix's shirt.

"I would love to but I'm trying to find a babysitter for emma" felix says.

"go play with your sister I got it, she's our daughter after all" chan walks up to them and takes felix's phone from him.

"I love you" felix says and chan smiles.

"I love you more"

"that's a lie, because I love you more"

"no I do"

"yeah yeah you love each other come play with me!" chaebok keeps tugging felix's shirt.

"okay come on! emma's gonna play with us too" he lifts her up and they go into her bedroom to play while chan finds a babysitter for emma while the two of them go out.

there's a knock at the door and chan goes to answer it.

"minho! jisung!" chan smiles as they appear at the doorway.

"hey chan! we heard you need a babysitter" jisung says.

"did felix tell you?" they both nod.

"well yeah, we want a night for ourselves"

"so you can get some action going on amiright?" minho looks at jisung who was making inappropriate movements.

"jisung! my daughter is upstairs!" chan says.

"calm down she can't hear us"

"well thank you for coming"

"of course, we might as well stay since we'll be babysitting anyways" jisung walks in and minho behind him.

"thank you for babysitting"

"no problem!" jisung says and minho nods.

chan goes upstairs to tell felix that jisung and minho will babysit emma.

"come on felix! I wanna play with you!" chaebok tugs his arm.

"you're going to mom and dads come on" he lifts her up as they come downstairs and leave the house.

after dropping off chaebok, it's just chan and felix.

"finally we're alone for a while" felix chuckles at chan's confession.

"yeah" felix lays his head on his shoulder as chan starts driving to start their night. "where are we going anyway?"

"it's a surprise"

"of course it is" they both chuckle.

when they arrive, felix looks at the scenery of the park lit up.

"you did this?" felix looks at him who nods.

they get out of the car to get a better look, there was a blanket on the grass with rose petals surrounding it.

"chan... this is beautiful" he looks at him with a smile.

"you're more beautiful" chan smiles with him.

"shut up"

"never"

they both exchange smiles until chan lays down on the blanket looking at the stars, felix joins him.

"it's crazy how we first met, you barely spoke to me and now you're giving me all these compliments... you're doing all these things for me" felix holds chan's hand.

"I can't help it I just love you so much" they both exchange smiles. "you were there for me when nobody else wasn't"

"I'll always be there for you, I'll always love you"

"I'll always love you too"

the rest of the night the two of them were happy and saw how much they really meant to each other.

4 years ago chan had nothing, but after felix came into his life, he had everything he could ever ask for.

even though he never understood why felix chose him to be the one he loved, but he never questioned it anymore because he was glad that it was him.
