Rainy days like this reminded him of when he actually had the courage to go out and play in the water. Of course he could go out because he was on a mission to save the universe. Despite all the times he went out on his own or with friends, he just didnt feel like it today. He actually listen to Shiro today. Well not just today, for a whole two weeks.
