//Keith's POV//

we all ran to my bedroom to find shiro holding lance.  shrio's shirt was starting to tare up from lances nails and a eardrum braking scream admitting from the boy.

"SHIRO, put him down!" hunk screams as we all run up to him. shiro put him down and lances scream volume went down.

"we have some really bad news," pidge said out of nowhere looking strait into shiro's eyes.

" what is it?"

" when you were watching lance we went to check the videos of when we were fighting last and seen a purple beam of light hit the blue lion. but the thing is, lance continued to fight like nothing happened."

while pidge continued to tell shiro about the fight i had looked at lance and noticed that lance had stopped screaming and was balled up in the corner with his head between his knees." guys,"

the team had looked over at me and then at what was at the end of my finger. i walked over to lance and put my hand on his back.

he lifted his head and stared strait into my eyes. he had a smile on his face but what he said conflicted to it.

"ge-get her o-out my he-ad." after that he started to laugh, but it wasn't him, it wasn't his laugh. " let go of me, you dont care. you are only doing this because you feel bad and other people are here."

i look at lance with confusion." what are you saying, i do care, we all do."

he stands up and grabs my arm. he yanks me up and cups my face with his soft hands. i start to blush,and my eyes widen not knowing what he was going to do. by now everyone left to do more research on what haggar did to lance so it was only lance and i.

what he did next was the complete opposite of what i thought he would do. he started to dig his nails into my face as i tried to get his hands off.

" im sorry i had to do this, i love you so much and i didnt want to do this to your beautiful face. i just dont want anyone else to hurt me. you can understand right?" he said with tears and a smile.

" lance i love you, you dont need to do this!" i said as my body slowly made its way to the floor.

" keith is everything ok in th- KEITH" shiro said running  to us.
