I just realised, I've only pointed out what I see as severe issues without offering any solutions or fixes. Well, I'm going to start now with the character Inpu. Although I do believe the character of Inpu to be one of the better written characters in Origins of Olympus season 2, they are several issues that need to be fixed.

His romantic relation to Bryan, his sibling relation to Magnus feel unnatural, and his relationship to his parents.

1. Inpu's relationship to Bryan

The reason why his romance to Bryan is unnatural is because it went too quickly. They start dating in episode 13 and get married in episode 47. To fix this remove the wedding from season 2 and have the become a couple later in the series as each season takes place over a summer. Also make Inpu younger as he's over one thousand years old and Bryan is in his mid twenties. The age gap honestly makes Inpu look like a preditor preying on Bryan's need for redemption and acceptance.

2. Inpu's relation to Magnus

The issue with Inpu's relation to Magnus is because both characters are too similar as they both go through a similar growth. Seriously, go through all of Magnus's pov episodes and most if not all of the episodes, Inpu has a major role. The only two fixes possible are to give Magnus more interests and scenes outside of Inpu or cutting Magnus out of the story. I like Magnus as a character but they and Inpu are together too often and honestly cutting Magnus out of the story and giving their issues to Inpu makes more sense to me.

3. Inpu's relation involving his parents.

Inpu's relation to Anubis is fine, just put more focus on it. The issue is Inpu's relation to Naya/Amaya. They had so few scenes with each other that the twist where they turned out to be related was just there. Honestly I'm struggling to remember the name of Inpu's mom. Plus Anubis already has a wife, Anput, how did she feel about Inpu.

4. Inpu as an Individual

Inpu is defined by other characters. To fix that have Inpu do stuff on his own as currently the only interest of Inpu that isn't Magnus, Bryan, or his kids is reading books. I had to read the wiki to know that simple detail. That isn't good.

5. In conclusion

Flesh out Inpu's relationship while also giving Inpu more alone time that doesn't involve anyone else. Thank you for reading, here's to hoping for a series reboot that has the characters act like normal people.
