Once lived five gold fishes
Together they escaped the fisher's meshes..

Swimming across the sea
With manner so carefree..

But one day
As they say...

A storm hit the five
Leaving just one alive.

Lost as it was
The fish was left in a mess..

It's life turned dark
Without any spark..

Swaying with the flow
It couldn't decipher the blow..

A moment in the sea
But now, the sky it could see..

A girl peeped through the plastic
At the goldy, feeling fantastic

That she could get hold
Of it, before it could be sold..

Many days later, the fish
Named Goldy, by Miss Parrish

Lives happily in the tank
With the friends that once sank

The friends hit by the storm
Were all brought to the same dorm..

Together they lived again
Forgetting all the past pain... :)
