Hajime carried Nagito to his cabin after he fell asleep. He took off his jacket and shirt, hanging up his jacket to dry. He then took off his pants and, while blushing, his boxers, quickly slipping on a dry pair. He put Nagito in his pajamas and lied him on the bed, pulling the blanket over him and kissing his forehead.

Hajime left and went to his cabin, taking a warm shower then putting dry clothes on. He left and walked around, looking for Kazuichi. He found him looking through the supermarket for spare parts. "Hey Kazuichi." Hajime said. "Oí, hey Hajime!" Kazuichi grinned. "Whatcha need?" "I need a new arm for Nagito. His got wet." Hajime said.

"Alrigh', I'll make this one waterproof. I still don't think lettin' him have his hand back is a good idea..." Kazuichi said. "I know, but can you do it for me?" Hajime asked. "Man, I'll do it for you Hajime." Kazuichi said. Hajime smiled. "Great! Thanks Kazuichi!" Hajime said.

*timeskip brought hope bagels*

Nagito woke up and yawned, stretching and looking at his left hand only to find it gone, startling him. Everything that happened the day before came back to him and he let out a shaky breath. "H-Hinata-kun..." He muttered, looking around and frowning as the ahoge protagonist was nowhere in sight.

Nagito sighed and was just about to say something to himself when the door opened and Hajime walked in. "Nagito! You're awake!" Hajime smiled. Nagito looked up at him and smiled, sitting up with little difficulty. "Hinata-kun!"

"Hey, I have a surprise for you. First off..." Hajime walked over and attached the new robotic hand. "I asked Kazuichi to make another for you." Hajime said. "Thank you Hinata-kun! What's the second surprise?" Nagito asked.

"You have to get dressed first. Ok?" Hajime said. Nagito nodded and got up, grabbing clean clothes and heading into the bathroom. Nagito got changed and walked out to see Hajime smile. "Lets go Nagito." Hajime said. Nagito nodded and followed him out.

Hajime reached over and grabbed his hand, entwining their fingers as he left the hotel. "Where are we going Hinata-kun?" Nagito asked. "You'll see. Just wait." Hajime said. He brought him to the beach and stopped, smiling. "Why here?" Nagito asked.

"This is the place where I first met you, in the simulation at least, and where I first fell in love with you." Hajime took a deep breath and turned to face Nagito, who had a blush on his face. "Nagito, I don't know how many times I have to say it, but I love you and you aren't trash, you're the most beautiful person I've seen. You have talent which is really lucky, I consider myself lucky to have fallen in love with someone as amazing as you."

Hajime felt himself become more and more nervous with each word. He reached into his pocket and lowered himself down onto one knee. Nagito gasped and covered his mouth. "Nagito, I will always love you and I always want you by my side. So, Nagito Komaeda, will you be mine forever, and marry me?" Hajime asked, pulling a ring out of his pocket.

Nagito's eyes watered and he nodded. "Yes! Yes I will Hinata-kun!" Nagito cried happily. Hajime smiled and put the ring on his finger before standing up and kissing him. Nagito kissed back, wrapping his arms around his neck. Hajime slipped his arms around his waist, pulling him closer.

They parted for air and Nagito smiled. "I love you Hinata-kun." "I love you too Nagito. And call me Hajime." Hajime said. "O-ok Hajime..." Nagito said, feeling odd using his first name. Hajime chuckled and kissed his cheeks. "We'll be together forever, right Nagito?" "Y-yes Hajime." Nagito replied.
