Penny was having a hard time waking up since she had a nightmare every night.

She was in her luxurious room, sleeping peacefully while hugging her cat plushie that her biological mother made for her.

Then Penny woke up from her sleep where she heard her parents fighting.

She decided to get up and went to her parents' room to hear what was going on.

Penny's Mom: AT LEAST I FOUND SOMEONE BETTER THAN YOU!!!

Her mother puts down the divorce papers on the table.

She stayed inside the closet while her nanny called the police.

While she's hiding in the closet, she tries not to get caught along with her nanny.

But she accidentally sneezes, which attracts the attention of her father.

Penny's Dad: !

Penny became scared since her father would find her and her nanny.

Penny's Nanny: It's okay sweetie... the police will arrive soon...

When her father was about to open the closet, her nanny protected her with her life before the police arrived.

They arrested her father and saved her mother on time before dying due to blood loss.

Penny was sent to the orphanage since the nanny has to take care of her own biological children, which is understandable for her, but she'll miss her.

•In Reality•

Penny woke up from her nightmare when she became scared of sleeping alone.

She decided to go to Pax's room.

Pax was sleeping peacefully until he heard a knock on his door. He woke up and decided to open the door to see his sister waiting for him.

Pax: Penny, what's wrong?

Penny: Big brother, I can't sleep... I have a nightmare...

Pax: Oh dear... you know what, you can sleep with me for the night. I'm sure the nightmares will go away.

Pax: The next time we go to bed, I'll ask my mom or dad to read a bedtime story for us to sleep.

Penny: Thanks big brother! *hugs her brother*

Pax: Let's go to sleep, we can play with the other kids.

Penny: Okay!

They go to his bed before they fall asleep, while Pax comforts his sister and makes sure that she's comfortable.

He let his wife rest before he got up and went to their rooms.

He checked Penny's room and was shocked that Penny was not in her bed.

He ran to Pax's room to make sure that his kids were safe.

When he went inside, he saw Penny and Pax sleeping peacefully, and he sighed in relief.

He left to sleep with his wife since he didn't have to worry about his kids.
