"Why? Why does everything happen to him?" Annabeth whispered to herself.

Annabeth was sitting on the grass outside of the infirmary. Percy had been unconscious for 2 hours.

He would randomly start to scream. No one could get him to wake up. Piper even tried to charmspeak him awake. It did nothing.

Annabeth heard another heart wrenching scream from Percy. It felt like her heart cracked every time she heard it.

A tear slid down her cheek. "Please wake up Percy. I need you." Annabeth whispered.

Annabeth saw someone running towards her. It was Piper.

"Annabeth!" Piper yelled.

Annabeth stood up quickly and then said "What? What's wrong?" Annabeth asked starting to get even more worried.

"An army of monsters attacked. We are fighting them off right now at the entrance to camp." Piper replied.

Annabeth was about to run towards the entrance when Piper stopped her.

"You have to get Percy out of here! He can't defend himself. We can fight the monsters, but Percy can't. Get him some where safe then you can come help us." Piper said.

"You're right. Gods, my mind is so crazy right now." Annabeth said while putting a hand on her forehead. She then took a deep breath and ran towards the infirmary. "I will try to help as soon as I can!"

Annabeth ran up to Will. "I will get Percy somewhere safe. You go try and find any demigods that are hurt." Annabeth said to Will.

"Ok. There is a wheelchair right in there." He said while pointing to another room. Will then grabbed his medical bag and ran out of the infirmary.

Annabeth went into the other room and rolled the wheelchair to Percy's bed. She then picked up Percy and slid him into the chair.

He felt surprisingly light. She pushed Percy out of the infirmary, and headed towards the lake. There was an underwater cave she could put him in.

They were almost there when Annabeth heard a scream. She turned her head towards where it came from, and immeaditatly regretted it.

She felt something bang into her back causing her to loose her breath and fall. She turned and saw Kronos standing over her.

Annabeth's heart rate spiked. This can't be happening.

"You died." Annabeth muttered. "Luke died to kill you!" Annabeth screamed. 

"That boy was just a way to get power. I easily escaped his body before he died." Kronos said cruelly. "Sadly Luke didnt know that." Kronos let out a menacing laugh.

"How dare you!" Annabeth screamed while trying to stab him with her dagger. Her blade was doing nothing.

"He was my big brother! And your the reason he's dead!" Tears streamed down Annabeth's face. Kronos then wrapped his hand around her neck and picked her off the ground.

Annabeth tried to escape, but his grip was too strong. Kronos laughed at her attempt to escape.

"I just had the most amazing idea! Why don't I kill you and then kidnap Percy! Wouldn't that be fun! He is already so weak from when we last met!" He laughed again.

"What did you do to him?" Annabeth croaked.

"Well were do we begin."
