So being stuck in a basement wasn't really where I was expecting to be stuck for a day but oh well. I look around the room

"Dam it's cold in here" I say to myself rubbing my arms.

So where is that bed and heater? I look around a bit more and find them behind some boxers in a corner, I don't understand why there in a corner but okay. I lean down and turn on the heater, okay so is there some sort of coat or blanket that I can put over myself? I spot a big fluffy coat and grab it putting it on. Well that's better I guess.

Now what am I going to do? I look down at the bed, I should really get some sleep after all I did only get three hours of sleep because of Emerald. I climb over the boxes and get into bed grabbing the thin blanket pulling it over myself. After around 10 minutes with my eyes closed I finally managed to fall asleep.

I wake up to a panicked looking Emerald shaking me and I shoot up.

"What?! What happened?!" I look at her confused and worried

She sighs in relief "You're finally awake, you need to get up and hide now there is no time for an explanation so don't ask, just hide"   

I look at her not really listening to what she said "wait? what? Why do I need to hide? Explain please? Do you and your guy wanna make a sex tape down here or something?"

She glares at me I think I pissed her off, I don't think that was a good idea "I just told you that I'm not going to explain and this is no time to joke.....why would I want.....nevermind just hide please"

I get up reluctently and hide inside of a box with the lid slightly open so I can see what was happening outside, emerald also hides somewhere but no I don't believe that she was anywhere near me.

A few minutes of complete silence and then I suddenly hear the basement door burst open as If it had just been kicked in, I gulp and hear someone walk down the stairs calmly and then they step into my point of view.

Its a guy, hes nothin luke the guy i assume is upstairs so who the hell is he? He were tall, taller then me anyway which wasn't too difficult, it looked like he had curly brown hair and light blue eyes, he was wearing a black coat with blue skinny jeans I couldn't see his shirt but I assume that it was just a normal black shirt. He stood there and glances around a bit with his hands in his pockets and then looks to a pile of boxes that seemed to be in the corner where the bed was. Who is this guy?

He decided to walk over to the boxes, he takes out his hands and pushes them away looking down at the bed that I was in moments ago and hums to himself. He turns around and then directs his attention to another pill of boxers, I look over at it and see a piece of green hair through one of the cracks in the box.

"Shit, Emerald is hiding there" I thought to myself, what am I going to do? I can't let him find her, he begins to walk over to her slowly, I froze, and all I can do is watch.

He puts his hand out and grabs the piece of hair, my heart starts beating faster and I push the box open more, it squeaks "shit" I though and pull it down full slowing down my breathing, I was going to get out and try and help but I can't do that now. I   hear slow foot steps walking towards me until they stop, he's right in front of the box, I gulp and close my eyes.

There was two small taps on the top of the box and my heart beats faster, all I can do now is wait for something to happen and pray to god that this is all just a dream and that this guy isn't going to kill me, I don't feel like dieing today. Two hands are placed on the lid of the box as it slowly begins to open.
