"Girls, would you be so kind as to tell me what is so funny?" Adrien asks.

     "Adrien, there is no guest room.  At least not unless you count our mother's old room as one, but we do not think you would want to sleep in there,"  Mirelle replies.

      "Yes, she is right," Kagami adds.

      "I see well, I will figure out something," Adrien says.

      "Sure, whatever you say," Mirelle remarks. She laughs once more.

       "You are not coming to my room, so there, ha!" Kagami says. She walks off and slams the door to her room behind her. She locks it.

        "I have no plans to sleep in any room with her anyway," Adrien scoffs. He looks ticked off that Kagami would even think that low of him.
   
       "Do not mind her, she is just in a bad mood because her boyfriend is out of town,"  Mirelle says.

       Mirelle walks off and goes to her room where she closes the door and locks it. She is quieter with her door than Kagami was hers that is for sure.

        Adrien lays on the sofa to get some rest. He is not why, but he finds it to be a bit hard on his back.  He does not know if it is because of the way it is made, or it if is because he spent most of his life under the ocean.  He does not see that he has any other choice for the moment.

       He tosses and turns most of the night.  He falls asleep at 2 am.  He moves around a lot in his sleep.  He shivers a bit.  He is still rather cold despite the thermostat being set to  70 degrees. 

       Marinette wakes up out of the blew. She is not sure, but she can not seem to stay asleep. She is still tired though and yawns. She goes to the kitchen and fixes herself a glass of milk.  She finishes it and sees Adrien is on the sofa. She smiles but cringes when she sees how uncomfortable he looks right now.  She gets an extra pillow out of the hall closet, lifts Adrien gently sets the pillow down, and sets him on top of it.  She thinks there he should be able to rest much better. She puts a few covers on him, then goes back to her room. She falls back to sleep.

       The next day, at nine, am everyone gets up.  Mirelle and Kagami are in a giggly mood again.  Marinette can not help, but wonder what they find to be so amusing?  It is not that funny that Adrien slept on the couch was it.  She gives them both puzzled looks. She rolls her eyes to show her annoyance at once.

       "I  do not know about you all, but that sofa was hard as a rock.  It was worse than sleeping on cement,"  Adrien states.

      "I am sorry, you did not sleep much,"  Marinette apologizes.

     "Goodness, Marinette, it looks like you barely slept either," Mirelle comments.

   "I know right she looks awful," Kagami remarks.

     "Look, just because she is your sister does not give you the right to criticize my fiance,"  Adrien says.

      Kagami heads out the door soon after breakfast for her job.  Then, Mirelle leaves to go see her crush.  This leaves Adrien and Marinette alone at the house.

      Adrien asks," Marinette want to go out for a date?"  
    
     "Sure, what did you have in mind?"  Marinette asks.

      "I thought we could go get some clothes for me since I have only a swimsuit. It is rather awkward not having other outfits to wear,"  He says.

       "Okay, sure we could go shopping, and maybe get some food too," She says.

      "Good, sounds great!" Adrien says.

         A few minutes later, Marinette and Adrien are in the mall.  Adrien buys a few clothes after he tries them on, then he and Marinette head towards the food court. They each eat some pizza with pepperonis, black olives, and mushrooms.  Then, they eat some ice-cream.  After they finish, they go ride the Merry Go Round.  

        Adrien thinks it to be great since he has never ridden one before today.  He wishes they could make it work underwater, but he supposes that it would ruin the paint job. He smiles at Marinette who happens to be on horse while he is on a funny-looking bird. He wonders what kind of bird it is since he does not recall seeing any in real life.

       Now, Marinette and Adrien, get off the ride, take photos, then, go back to the house. Once inside, Adrien gets Marinette to show him how the washing machine works. He smiles as he starts his first load.  He waits for what seems like forever for it to finish.  He pulls them out and asks, "So, how do you dry these?"   

     "You put them in the dryer, Adrien,"  Marinette says.

         "Oh, yes, I suppose that does make the most sense," He replies.  He puts them in the dryer, closes the door, and looks for the start button. He smiles and pushes it.

          Marinette and Adrien go outside and play hide and seek while his new outfits dry.  They figure they might as well have some fun now that the sun is out.  

        Adrien counts with his eyes shut as Marinette hides. Once he finds her, he tickles her, she shrikes a bit, then she counts as he hides.   Adrien is not sure of a good hiding spot. He smirks when he sees a tree. He climbs it.  
  
      Marinette finishes counting and starts to look for him.  A few minutes later, she calls out, "Okay, you win, I give up!  Adrien, you can come out now!"

       Adrien jumps out of the tree and lands on her back.   Marinette giggles, " Adrien, where did you come from anyway?"

      "Oh, my lady if I told you that then I would ruin my good hiding record," Adrien remarks.

        Marinette laughs, then tickles him and he squirms. She kisses him and he kisses her back.

              "Adrien, once I thought it would be fun to be a dolphin,"  Marinette says.

               "Are you kidding?   You are wonderful as you are,"  Adrien says.

              "Thanks, but this was when I was a little girl.  I cried when I kept waking up as anything other than a dolphin.  Eventually, I gave up the idea since I knew it was a pointless thing,"  She says.
