Okay I think have enough information to know what will happen. I got many spoilers and hints to get this.
Thomas Astruc said that Adrien and Marinette will be trapped in a cage. Judging from this picture, I think that Adrien will probably reveal himself but I more likely think that Marinette will accidentally run out of time and reveal herself. Adrien will be surprised, Marinette will confess her feeling for him then henceforth the second picture.
