(Marinette's POV)

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

Marinette sitting up groggily looked at her alarm clock. "7:00! Oh no Tikki! Im late again!" Marinette quickly jumped out of her bed and ran to her bathroom. She put on her usual clothes and tied her hair into pigtails.

"How is that even possible? You slept early last night!" Tikki exclaimed.

"I dont know! Curse my longing for more sleep!" Marinette quickly ran down to the bakery to grab a crossiant.

"Hurry dear!" Her mom called.

"Bye mama and papa! See you later!" While eating the crossiant, Marinette dashed to the school steps just before the class bell was about to ring.

Quietly opening the door, not to disturb the class, she tiptoed to her seat. But suddenly she tripped over Chloe's foot that was purposely sticking out.

Ms. Bustier turned around and shouted, "Marinette if you wish to come in late try not to disturb the class!"

"Sorry ma'am." Marinette bowed her head. Chloe laughed at her. "Poor Marinette." She said while making fake sad faces. Lila, cutting in on the coversation exclaimed, "Better watch where youre going marinette. Oh wait, you never do anything right!" Chloe and Lila laughed together as if they were best friends.

Marinette, ignoring them, slowly made her way to her seat without saying a word.

"You okay girl?" Her bestfriend Alya asked. "Why did you just accept defeat?"

"What? I didnt. " Marinette replied, "by doing nothing, it makes as if it has no effect on me. They can tease me all they want but they'll never get me. That is just what they're hoping for so the joke is on them."

"You go girl!" Alya whiper yelled, not wanting to disturb the class. "You'll make a great motivational speaker! What's with this sudden burst of confidence?"

"Lets just say someone gave some wisdom to me." Marinette giggled.

//time skip to after classes//

(Adrien's POV)

"Bro you comin?" Asked Nino.

"Yeah just a sec." Replied adrien. Looking around to see if anyone was left in th classroom, he opened his bag.

Plagg whined. " Is school over yet? I don't think I can bear the separation of me and my cheese anymore! Im starving!"

"Youre always hungry!"

"Feed me Adrien! And it better be Camembert."

"If I give you youre stinky horrible cheese, will you be quiet?"

"Firstly, my Camembert is not horrible. It is best thing in the world! And second, yes I will."

Adrien handed Plagg a block of Camembert. He thought 'that should keep him busy for today'. He walked outside of the classroom just to witness a fight.

All their classmates surrounded them, watching intently.

"Give it back!" Shouted Lila.

"No way! Im the mayors daughter and I always get what I want. And I want your bracelet!" Replied Chloe in a mocking tone.

"Then just ask your 'daddy' to buy you another!" Cried Lila.

"Then mine won't be original!"

Lila growled in frustration. She tried to grapple it out of Chloe's hands but with no luck. She charged at her but Chloe simply moved out of the way. Lila instantly crashed into the wall and collapsed.

Chloe, smirking, admired her victory.

(Marinette's POV)

"Youre a monster Chloe!" Alya yelled. We saw the whole thing from the start.

"I'm going to tell my daddy about what you said!" Yelled Chloe, preparing to dial her phone.

Marinette didnt really pay attention to what their argument was about. She just looked at pity to Lila who was starting to gain consciousness. Seeing nobody try to help her, Marinette swooped in.

"Are you okay Lila?" Asked Marinette softly.

"Hmmph!" Lila turned away in disgust, "Im fine! No need for your he-" Lila clutched her head as she tried to stand up.

" You need medical attention. You hurt your head pretty hard."

Lila looked at her but saw in her face genuine worry. "Yeah. Thanks Marinette."

Marinette helped her up and led her to the nurses office.

(Adrien's POV)

Alya stood gaping at Marinettes actions as she led Lila to the nurses office.

"I can't believe it. She helping Lila after what she did to her." Alya shook her head.

"Why not?" Nino asked, confused. "Marinette is a truly kind and caring person. We're lucky to have a friend like that."

"Still..." Alya still looking shocked.

"Why? What did Lila do to Marinette?" Adrien asked.

"She and Chloe were teasing her during class." Alya replied.

"A while ago Chloe and Lila were teasing Marinette, 'together'!" Nino now shocked.

Adrien kept thinking 'Chloe and Lila has been bullying her?' But there was another thing that bothered him as well. 'Where have I seen those actions before?' He thought.

(Marinette's POV)

(((At the nurses office)))

"Thank you Marinette for bringing her here." Said the nurse.

"Thank you ma'am. Bye Lila!" Marinette waved goodbye sa she waved back.

Marinette just left the nurses office when Tikki popped out of her purse.

"Good job Marinette! That was very nice of you!" Tikki exclaimed.

"Thanks Tikki!"

"Careful Marinette your Ladybug side is showing."

"Hey you were the one who said act yourself !

Tikki giggled. "Hey, you still need to tell Chat Noir about you secret identity remember."

"Yes Tikki I remember. Im quite nervous."

As if on cue, there was a loud crash followed by a scream. Marinette dashed to the girls restroom, quickly making sure no one was there.

"You will need to tell him sooner that you think!" Tikki exclaimed.

Marinette nodded. "Tikki spots on!" She yelled. A bright light consumed her and next she was wearing a skintight polka dotted red suit. She ran outside and toward where the akuma was.
