My opinion:the z fighters win.

Reasons.

Yamcha can use the spirit ball kicking kuyos ass.

Tien with his tri beam.

Krillin with the destruction disk.

Goku by using a full power kamehameha

And there is vegeta and Trunks who just completely curve stomp him with goku by just using their base forms.

plus kuyo can't regenerate from the attacks the z fighters have so im giving it to the z fighters.
