My Opinion: well this could go either way untill one loses,like i don't know if pennywise deadlights could work on Hades sense it's never been shown to work like cthulhus madness inducement and,if Hades has some relavant Omnipotence than Hades would win by vaporizing pennywise but their would be no winner sense both can't truly die cause of their Immortality and Powerful abilities.
