"No, but it is now or never." I gave her a smile and ran around to open her door for her and took her hand in mine and walked to the door, as I opened it my 5 month German Shepard Jacobi came running at us Haylie slipped off her shoes as did I and asked "Is it OK if I pet him ?" "Ya of course he is really sweet just protective of his girlfriend kind of like me." and with that Jasmine came running in she was from another litter and 2 weeks younger then Jacobi. I saw how Haylie's face lit up and realized she was an animal person "Maybe you two could be my ticket to calming her nerves." I thought to myself but I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard my Mom call " William dear is that you ?" And I saw the smile go straight off of Haylie's face

                                                                   * * * Haylie's (P.O.V) * * *

                  My mind was racing with about a thousand thoughts as I heard Will's Mother such as will she approve, like me, want me withe her son (E.T.C.) I was interrupted when Will took my hand  gave me a smile and answered "Yes mom, were home." As I saw Will's mother walk in I tensed up she was very pretty Will had her eyes and smile. But when his dad walked in I thought I was seeing double the hair muscles... well... the everything was the same practically. I was dumbfounded all I could manage was a small "Hi." with a tiny pink blush lapping over my usually pale cheeks. Will snaked his arm around my waist and pulled me close earning a soft growl of disapproval from Jacobi and everyone looked at the pup with a shocked look on their faces. "He- He's never done that before." Will said shocked "Well I guess he approves of you to Haylie." Will's father said and all I did was smile. "They won't bite Haylie I promise." Will whispered in my ear and I nudged him slightly in the ribs. "Well how about we sit and have dinner ? Get to know you a little better." " I would like that very much." 

            As we sat down it seemed quite relaxing they were quite laid back and I almost felt myself until one question came up. "So Haylie what are your parents like ?" I nearly chocked on the water I was drinking and started coughing very hard. Will was at my side in a flash, "Easy Haylie deep breaths that's it careful." We regained are seating position and it seemed they were not  letting this question go so I spoke up "Well..... you..... um.. you see... they... um." Will came to my saving grace but what came out of his mouth was something I was not ready for "Well Haylie's parents do not live togeather she lives with her dad he is a therapist, my therapist to be exact." "Um.. Will... Stop." I whispered but he just ignored me and kept going.

           "He is very good so protective of Haylie and.." I stood up and excused myself from dinner and started down the hallway grabbed my coat and stepped out into the crisp air. I kept walking not sure of where I was walking to I just needed to clear my head all I could see where my parents smiling faces and our car and the fall of my life until I felt a hand grab mine and spin me around. "Haylie why are you crying ?" It was Will, "I am not crying." I say calmly. "Ya right. Come on talk to me, please ?" I looked him in the eyes and I knew this was the end. I just broke down in his arms I became the weak girl I was 3 years ago in that hospital bed. But instead of Will walking away he just held me in his strong embrace.

            " Dear God Haylie speak to me tell me what is it what's wrong ?" "Will I have something I need to tell you." He looked scared and said "Ok tell me what is it, whatever it is, it is causing you pain and that needs to stop." "Will Hannibal is not my father." He looked at me for a moment and said "That's it ? That is why you are so upset is because I made a mistake ?" "No no it's not like that-" "My gosh Haylie you make me think it is some terrible thing. And all it is, is he is not your father, what are you adopted did your parents not wan you or something ?" "Will please just listen to me." "Gosh Haylie you are really sad-" I got so fed up with Will's yelling I looked him in the eyes and said calmly "Will My parents are dead. They died three years ago." "Haylie I.. Uh." "No Will I get it I know exactly  how you feel." He had a look of pure hurt on his face before saying "Haylie wait. Please !" I turned on my heal and started to walk away down the long stretch of driveway before coming up to the main road "Haylie come on just talk to me I did not mean it I am sorry."

         "Just go away Will my uncle will be picking me up that is who I live with, no my parents loved me. Thank you for showing me you are just like Blake." And with that Will grabbed me and pushed me up against the fence earning a yelp of fear to escape my lips " Listen to my right hear right now Haylie you do not know a thing about me." He pushed closer to me accidentally nudging my ribs earning a cry of pain from me. "Hey leave her alone, she did not do anything, and I can arrest you for assault." Will seemed to come back into reality as my savior and Alana's husband came over to us. "Get away from her right not or I will arrest you." "Look this is not what it looks like I can explain." Foss gave no time for him to explain just pulled me close and we started walking the last thing he said was directed towards Will and it was "You can only hope no presses charges."
