1~ Unexpected arrival
The golden light shining through the hole you fell into woke you up. With a sigh, you got up. Your head hurt so bad, it was all you could think about. In the next room there seemed to be a place where someone would sit, as there was more light there. It added an odd emphasis to the empty room. You didn't know what to expect, but something about the world seemed off. You couldn't quite put your finger on it until you heard muffled screaming from a distance. Something in your soul told you to put your fear aside and go save whoever was in danger. A crystalline dagger appeared in your hand as you ran onward into an unknown environment. The dagger shone orange, as if it was telling you to be brave.
The world around seemed to be ruins of a castle. You thought there would be people there, but it was strangely silent. There were piles of dust scattered around. Then you realized it was monster dust. You had read a monster biology book recently and recognized the way the dust scattered. You had no time to think about who may have caused this as the screaming continued. You took a deep breath as your dagger shone brighter, taking off running once more.
Finally, you got to a small house. The screaming had stopped eerily. A small golden star shone in a pile of leaves. You picked it up to reveal a necklace with a golden star pendant. You put it on.
*Knowing that danger lurks ahead fills you with BRAVERY
You entered the house, your footsteps being the only sound you could hear. The house was really small and cozy, it slightly calmed you down. There was a pie in the kitchen, still warm. You took a slice. But where to put it? You saw a small menu appear in front of you, with one item in the inventory, being the pie. Out of curiosity, you checked the stats menu.

*A seven traited soul, the most powerful one in the Underground aside from Chara, who's determination is unrivaled.
Strange. Your soul? You gently rested your hands on the pendant of your necklace and closed your eyes, focusing on getting your soul to show. In front of you was a heart, glowing a multitude of different colors. Then you realized time had stopped. Perhaps this was another power of your soul. You ran down a flight of stairs and down a dark hallway. You saw someone, a teenager sitting there. They had shoulder length dark brown hair, black pants, and a sky blue sweater with two pink stripes across it. Their eyes shone a blood red as they smiled over a pile of dust. You held your knife out at them as you willed time to start. The human looked up at you.
"Did you kill them...?" You asked them. They looked at you and ran away. You ran after them, willing your body to run faster and catch up with them. With a white flash, you landed on your face in snow. You got up and kept running.
You got to a poorly constructed bridge when you heard footsteps behind you. You brandished your dagger as you turned around. Standing in front of you was a skeleton around your height. He wore black basketball shorts with two white stripes down the sides, a white turtleneck, and a light blue winter jacket with white fluff on the hood. He also wore pink fluffy slippers. He looked...kinda cute.
"What'cha doin with that knife there?" He asked you, left eye socket flickering a light cyan. You let go of your weapon and it evaporated into thin air.
"Look, there's someone, a human. They've killed everyone in a ruins area! Go hide, I can take care of them!" You yelled, summoning your dagger again. One of the skeleton's eye sockets turned completely black as the other started glowing cyan and yellow. He summoned a plethora of bones behind him.
"Anyways the name's Sans, Sans the skeleton." He said. Only now did you realize how shockingly low his voice was.
"Y/n." You responded. The other human ran through the doorway and stopped in their tracks upon seeing you and Sans ready to attack them. Your dagger glowed bright yellow as your soul screamed for justice. You approached the human and lunged at them, stabbing their arm. You felt terrible pain in your stomach as you fell to the ground. The snow under your stomach was stained red with blood from the wound. The human fought Sans and you saw them trying to stab him with a red knife, but every time he teleported out of the way.
The world faded from view into a void of white...
