At dinner once again with two fine gentlemen instead of three.

"Nate, Jack, congratulations once again on making it this far."
As we ate, I explained the rules.

"Tomorrow there shall be trivia, archery, and a sword fight.
Whoever is better at each will get a perk for the second part of the competition.
The second part will include taking me out on another date as well as making, buying, or doing something special for me.
Lastly the third part of the competition is taking care of animals and flowers throughout the kingdom, as well as a scavenger hunt, and a riddle.

I state and sit back down.

The two men talk a little between each other and then both look at me.

"Princess?" Nate started.

"Uh, who do you like better between us two?"
Jack finished.

"Who do I like better?
I'm sorry but I'm not allowed to say.
It's against customs to answer."

I quickly try and throw my words together in a sentence.
I blush and excuse myself.
Nate soon after excused himself also and left to his room as always.
After a little while I went out on my balcony but this time instead of catching Jack trying to look he wasn't there.
I decided to be nosey and check out what happened.
I go to his room and knock on his door.
When there was no answer, I walked in and his whole chest is black and purple.
There's blood everywhere as well.
