As we all arrived to the great hall we all smiled at each other.
Dinner started with bread and water and worked it's way to wine and pasta.
Everyone drank the wine but John. He said no thank you and dismissed it.
Everyone smiled and told stories about their kingdom.
With Nate to my left, Jack to my right, and John sitting across from me.
I then raised my glass.

"To the future king of Rosegandia!" We all raised our glasses and toasted. "Alright now tomorrow two of you can do whatever.
One of you will take me out on a date.
You may choose who goes first amongst yourselves.
The next day the next person in line will go.
Then the next.
Understood?"

Everyone agreed.
I then excused myself from dinner and said goodnight.
Nate, at the word of goodnight stood first and bowed.
The other two then followed and bowed until I took my exit and left their sight.
They all sat back down and started arguing.

"I get to go out with her first!"
Jack shouted out.

"Oh no you don't!"
John immediately interpreted.

"Gentlemen, calm down. I'll go last. I'm heading to bed. Goodnight."
Nate said then bowed and took his exit.

He went directly to his room and started reading a book.
John finally gave up and said that Jack could go first.
He then went and relaxed in his room.
Jack being excited had to now think of what he was going to do.
He sat at the table for a hour or two. He started to walk out and he gazed up for a second.
He saw me.
I always stand on the edge of this little balcony at night.
Humming a sweet song.
I had a simple red rose in my hand. He just stared at me.
I don't think he realized I noticed.

"You're cute you know."
I called from above.

"Wh-what?"
He said almost confused.
"Oh I'm sorry! I'll just uhh, I'm going to go now."
He turned bright red and left my view.
I laughed silently then headed to bed.
