Another Day as An Admin

They all managed to escape the palace, and ran home to think of a plan. Though, right behind them floated Eden, staring at them through a huge window, seeming annoyed, but serious. "Eden!" Romeo tried to signal to tell her he was still there.

She snapped out of her daze, and floated down towards him. "So um... what am I gonna do now?" he asked, looking concerned and worried.

"What are you gonna do... first you're going to apologize," she stated, looking away from him.

"Well, I'm sorry for uh... stabbing you in the back, and um... hurting you," he hesitated, not really sure how to put it.

"Oh not that, I'm never getting over how you deliberately broke my heart! I mean for letting them go," she said pointing out the window.

He looked, and saw them running off. He sighed, and told her the truth, "I'm sorry Eden, but I let them go because, I'm afraid you'll make the same mistakes and regrets that I did, I'm just trying to help you."

The two went silent for a moment, then Eden stared him and down and yelled, "Liar! You only think of yourself, you let them go so they'd come back, take me out, and you'd be free."

Romeo cringed, that did sound like him, but he swore this was all on her behalf. "Though," she whispered, "now that they're gone, I can use this to my advantage."

"What do you plan on doing?" Romeo asked concerned and curious.

"Those guys, and Lukas, locked me up and held me captive in their own home, and I'll do the same. I'll slowly start picking them off, one by one, and the last one will be Lukas..." she mumbled, loud enough though that Romeo could hear her.

"Why Lukas?" he questioned.

"He's the one that started this all, the imprisonment, the backstabbing, and all this whole dramatic scenario, once his friends are all heartbroken and gone, he'll be left all alone in his home to think about what he did," she stated.

Romeo backed up scared and frightened, Eden was being down right terrible, sure locking someone is a bad thing, but Lukas was sorry for tha- but then again, he never did apologize did he? After some awkward tension and Eden's constant staring out the window thinking of her plan, Romeo spoke up. "Eden, I know I don't deserve the right to ask you this, but may request something of you?" Romeo questioned.

Eden didn't want to put up with his crap, but this made her interested. She knew he knew that if he asked something stupid, she would kill him. But whatever this request was, it was obvious it was important to him. "Could you, release the prisoners in my Bedrock Dungeon at the sunshine institute?" Romeo asked ashamed.

"You have more prisoners?" she questioned, but it should've been obvious by now.

Romeo was too ashamed to say anything else, and Eden noticed this. "So, it seems you do have a heart..." Eden stated, once again, guilt tripping him.

"Ok, I'll let your prisoners go..." she said, turning towards the window, "on one condition."

Romeo was devastated to hear this, but he knew he had to go along with it, it was his only choice. "What is this condition?" He asked afraid.

"Someone has to stay down there," Eden smiled with a devious grin.

"Who?" he queried.

"That's for me to decided, you stay here, and spiffin things up while I head down the prison. And to make sure you don't go anywhere..." she said turning to him, "here's a little gift."

She snapped her fingers and a giant ball chain appeared on Romeo's ankle, and heavy duty locks appeared on the door. "Is that necessary?" Romeo questioned.

"Not for you, I know you're not stupid enough to try and escape. It's for Jesse and his Gang if they come back," she explained.

"So I understand the locks, but what about the ball and chain?" he asked.

"To make it harder and more time consuming to clean up as I'm gone, see ya!" Eden stated, then snapping her fingers, then disappearing, leaving Romeo with his broom, mop, and feather duster.

"Really?" is all Romeo thought as he looked at the out dated tools.

My P.O.V

"This is great..." is all I thought to myself as I toured below the bedrock, in search for Romeo's prison.

If I'm being honest, the idea of keeping one of his prisoners here was brilliant, if I do say so myself. That lying idiot is so going to regret backstabbing me. It's sad though that it took all this drama and power to make him realize that I was not to be messed with. Granted he was the one who taught me to fight, and yes I am grateful for that, but that's why I'm not killing him, yet.

But I wasn't here to think of Romeos stupidity, I was here to make him regret it. I felt a bit mean making one of his prisoners suffer for what he did, but that's just an Admin's life, isn't it. I finally found the place, and it totally gave me awful chills, the sign read, "The Sunshine Institute."

What the actual crap, what sane person would name their prison, under bedrock away from any source of sunlight, "The Sunshine Institute?"

I floated around the place for a minute, until I saw the main office. I snapped my fingers and appeared at the front desk, and totally threw off the guy who was sitting at the desk. "Who are you?" he asked, seeming to be backing up in his chair in fear and confusion.

"The name's Eden," I replied in my Admin voice, "I came here to set you free."

"Set me free?" he questioned, "but I run this place, well, when The Admin's not here."

"Hm... you run this place do you?" I grinned, obviously knowing something he didn't.

I began to float around him, and he questioned me. "Who are you?" he asked.

"I already told you, my name's Eden. Or did you mean my origin?" I queried back.

The guy didn't reply, he just nodded his head in silence. "I'm the new Admin, Romeo works for me now, as a 'slave' I guess."

"You guess?" he questioned back.

"Yeah," I answered, "anyway, I took the gauntlet and hit myself with it, giving me Admin powers, and some 'friends' of mine took Romeo down, and now he takes orders from me."

"How do I know I can trust you?" he asked.

I rolled my eyes at him; he was so annoying, almost as bad as Romeo. "Here..." I said snapping my fingers, and me him both quickly transported to the palace.

"Romeo!!!" I yelled, waiting for a response afterwards.

"Yes?" Romeo answered, coming out from behind the corner.

The dude I transported stared at Romeo for a moment, and then looked back at me. I gave Romeo a devious smirk, revealing him in his weak state to his... um... assistant? We transported back to the office, and he began to ask even more questions.

"So, all the prisoners are free?" he asked.

"Well, not all of them..." I answered in my devious creepy Admin voice.

"What?"

"I made a deal with Romeo," I began to explain, "he asked for me to set his prisoners free, but, you see, I'm trying to get back at him for backstabbing me, so, one of his prisoners has to stay here."

"What did he do to you?" he queried curious.

"That's none of your business," I went silent, "but if you help find a prisoner to stay here, I'll make sure you're not the one who has to stay."

"But I'm not a prisoner..." he stated confused.

"Oh really, when was the last time Romeo let you see the sunlight?" I questioned, having a feeling he hasn't since he was up in the Overworld.

He hesitated and stuttered for a moment, became quiet, and a minute or so later, he was taking me on a tour around the place. "So, you have all the powers of an Admin?" he asked.

"Don't ask stupid questions, of course I do, just tell me who'd be the best to keep down here, the person that would make Romeo regret hurting me," I demanded, flying all proper like

"O.K." he replied, unsure about my sanity.

"What's your name anyway?" I queried.

"I forgot, people just call me The Warden," he answered.

"You forgot?" I questioned, "How long have you been down here?"

"I've been down here for years, but it's not the amount of time that's made me forget, it's just, down here it easy to forget, especially with everything going on," he explained.

"Whatever, just call all the prisoners to one place, this way it'll make it easier to talk to them and transport if needed," I told him.

"Ok, but it'll take me a minute because I need to get onto the intercom and-" his sentence was interrupted by me snapping my fingers and teleporting us to the speaker intercom room thing.

"Okay then," he commented, heading over and speaking into the intercom.

"All guests head to the lunch room, and if you don't, then Golems, please assist them in the right direction," Warden spoke calmly.

"It's a surprise," he grinned, while informing everyone.

The way he said it came off as if he was gonna kill everyone, but if you knew him, you'd know he was being serious. "I see why Romeo made you Warden," I complemented, sort of.

"Thank you," he smiled, as the two of us walked off to the lunch room (Wel, I flew)

When we got there, all the prisoners were on their knees, looking up at us. I hinted at The Warden to introduce me, and he got it.

"Prisoners," he began, "this is Eden, she's the new Admin, and her and her friends took down Romeo, so now almost all of you will be set free today."

The word 'almost' gave everyone chills, but The Warden continued anyway. "Tell Miss Eden why you're down here, and how you know Romeo, and depending on her, one of you will have to stay here," he explained.

"Why only one of us?" one guy spoke up.

Warden looked like he was about to smack the guy, but I began to talk before he could. "That's for the unlucky one to find out," I said.

They were all lined up in a line across the lunch room, and we started at the very front at the right. "You, how do you know The Admin?" Warden demanded to know.

It was a guy about 30-40 years old, and he stuttered like he was scared, which he probably was. "W-ell, miss," he began talking to me, "I-I sn-snuck into The A-Admin's p-palace to steal s-some of his D-Diamonds f-from his chests."

"Tell me, how long have you been down here?" I asked.

"I d-don't know, maybe 2-3 years?" he guessed.

"Hm..." I thought, until I snapped my finger and he disappeared.

"Where did you send him?" The Warden asked out of curiosity, not scared what so ever for the guy.

"Back up to the Overworld," I stated calmly.

And it was true, the man was up in Champion at the very moment, I spawned him into Stella's office, I decided to have her deal with the psychotic prisoners.

Prisoner after prisoner, it was all the same. Most of them just generally ticked Romeo off and his anger issues, and almost all of them said they've only been down here for 2-3 years. And before I could find anyone to stay, we were out of prisoners. I would have kept the last one here just because, but the guy looked like he was about to pee his pants, and he was only 21.

"Ugh... well this was a waste of time, I guess I'll just have to leave you down here," I stated, turning to leave.

"Wait! Please don't leave me here, I have one more prisoner you might be interested in!" The Warden informed frantically and desperately.

I turned around smirking; I knew he wouldn't disappoint me. "Who is this person?" I questioned.

"Their name is prisoner X, she was the first one down here, before me even. She was the one who made Romeo build this prison in the first place," The Warden explained, showing me down some stairs, into a room with an iron door and Zombie spawner. He opened the doors, and the two of us strolled down the unusually long hallway.

"What's her backstory?" I asked curiously.

"I don't know... Romeo never told me, and I never dared to ask because he would get angry if I even mentioned her name," The Warden said, seeming to be nervous, and began slowing down, and looking as if he was hiding behind me.

We got to the prison, and boy did Romeo seem angry at this girl. I could tell he was ticked because there was lava everywhere, several feet of stairs leading to the entrance with a lot of security. And the whole place seemed to be layered in TNT. "This should be good..." I commented rubbing my hands together all deviously like.

"P-prisoner X! The Admin's here to s-see you," The Warden stuttered, hiding behind me.

We got to the window, and I looked in, and saw no one. "Is this a joke?" I asked, turning to him unamused.

"NO! I swear she was here, except... maybe..." he stuttered, "she may have escaped, she's done it before."

There was awkward but suspenseful silence for a minute or so, until we heard a loud and angry yell. The two of us looked towards the window, and saw a girl about late 20's to early 30's years old. "Eh..." I gasped a bit, flinching in fear.

I looked behind me and saw that The Warden had fainted out of fear, and was laying on the ground. "Wimp," I thought, rolling my eyes, then regaining my posture and looking at the girl.

"Hello prisoner X, I'm Eden," I introduced, opening up the door and floating into a cage, which no sane mortal should ever do around this psychotic girl.

The woman was in a strait jacket, with her mouth muzzled. "Gosh... I see why Romeo put you down here," I stated, kind of floating backwards in fear.

"Romeo? Don't you ever mention that evil, hatful man to me ever again, don't you know who I am," the girl demanded, and she even somehow managed to take the strait jacket off and the muzzle.

"Wait," I questioned, "were you able to do that all along?"

"Yes... but I can't escape anyway. The minute I step out of here, I'm dead," she responded, glaring at me.

There was awkward silence, and the only thing that went through my head was, 'sheesh, she seems to hate Romeo more than I do.' "Well," I began, "I'm here to let prisoners go, but my plan was to leave someone down here to make Romeo feel guilty."

"Heh, I like how you call him Romeo instead of The Admin, but why would he feel guilty about leaving someone here?" she asked, but it mostly seemed rhetorical.

"Well, if you would like to know, he doesn't exactly have his powers anymore, and... he works for me," I stated, grinning like a maniac.

She didn't respond for a minute, and stared at me with a blank expression. Until she began laughing extremely loud, and she even had to lean over for a moment to catch a quick breath. I gave her a judging look, but she didn't care. "Hah! I've been waiting for Romeo to get his *** kicked one of these days and then lose his powers, ah, he deserves this," Prisoner X laughed.

"I don't think you should be celebrating so soon," I smirked.

Her emotions changed from humor to annoyed in a matter of seconds, and she just looked at me like that for a minute. "Why not?" she questioned.

"Like I said, I'm leaving someone down here, not in this prison of course, but just underneath the bedrock," I re-stated, giving her a hint.

"Fine, do it, if it teaches Romeo a lesson for killing Fred and leaving me down here, I'm all for it," she said calmly, sitting back down in her prison.

I was confused on why she was so chill about this, if she's this angry with Romeo what exactly did he do, I know he apparently killed this Fred guy, but why did he lock her up. "How exactly do you know Romeo, and why are you down here?" I asked curiously.

"How about teleporting me out of this stupid prison, then we'll talk," she bargained.

"Ok," I agreed with ease.

I snapped my fingers and we appeared outside of the prison, but before prisoner X said anything, there was a loud explosion. We both turned and the whole prison exploded into pieces, me and X here started laughing, as all of Romeo's hard work was gone. "Ah, I've been waiting for this place to be destroyed for a long time... Wait? Wasn't The Warden down there with you?" X questioned.

"Eh, he wasn't to fun anyway," I ignored, turning to leave.

"You're just as psychotic as me," X laughed a little, then turned and followed me.

"Hah, I'm just kidding, he's up in the Overworld right now," I explained, I would never be that cruel.

Up in the Overworld

"Who are all of you people and how'd you get here!?!" Stella yelled at the top of her lungs as there were about 50 dirty looking people in her office and all a little off.

Back to me

"So, X, care to explain now?" I asked, as I floated beside her and we walked and talked.

"Fine, the name's Xara, and I, Romeo, Kedar, and Fred used to all be friends, but Romeo killed Fred and I got angry with him and tried to kill him, but he figured I was crazy and created that prison to lock me up," Xara explained.

"So, Romeo wasn't lying when he said he had a brother named Kedar," I whispered to myself.

"What happened to Kedar?" I questioned.

"I don't know, I just didn't want to see him because he looked too much like Romeo," Xara stated annoyed.

"Sheesh, your just full of drama aren't you?" I asked rhetorically.

Xara turned to me and it looked like she was about to pull my head off with her bare hands. "Anyway..." she growled, "I hope to one day see Romeo so I can ram my sword into his stomach, then wrangle his neck until I see the light in his eyes go dark."

I looked over to see Xara looking at her hands as if she was doing the whole thing right this minute, and just... I was just, terrified. "Ok... I see you've had a long time to... think this through," I mumbled, flying a bit faster away from her.

"Well to bad for... you," I said unsure, "but I'm leaving you down here to make Romeo guilty."

"Before you go though... could you get me out of this maze?" she asked.

"Sure," I replied, then snapping my fingers.

We were a little above the prison, but still under the bedrock. "So, what do you plan on doing down here?" I asked.

"I plan on visiting Fred's sanctuary, and maybe staying in town for a while," she stated, walking off all calm.

"Here, to show you it's nothing personal towards you about leaving ya down here, take this," I said flicking my wrist, and a diamond enchanted sword appeared in my hands.

I threw it towards her, and she grabbed it quickly before nodding silent thanks towards me, and then turning around to go. I grinned at her, then snapped my fingers and went back to the Overworld.

(A:N: Hope you enjoyed me being evil... also it's been a while since I read this story over again. It's funny because I'm almost done with the second book, oh well... maybe I should try posting faster. Heh, bye, also for all of you that have school, and this is the good me saying this, "Good luck!" Now if this was Admin me, I'd say, "Crush your tests and watch your own studying time, friends are for the weak when it comes to copying tests. Bathe in the blood of your jelly sandwiches and rule your school! Muhahahahaha. *Cough Cough* Eh... hehe."
