Chapter 10- Pool Panic

Do you want to know what's currently happening right now? I am at the pool with Grayson. That doesn't sound bad right? WRONG. The pool is crowded with a bunch of families and probably bacteria infested water. This whole time I have been following Grayson around so I won't lose him but of course some fat ass decided that they wanted to shove me over to get their ice cream and their round pot belly basically shoved me like a foot away. And now I am super pissed because Grayson and I need to get back to the hotel room soon to get dinner with the family. "GRAYSON!"
"GRAYSON!" I yell wandering around the pool deck. I start at the lamp post where I told him that if we got separated to meet me there, although, he wasn't there. I search for 10 more minutes. UGHH where are you Grayson?? We need to leave in 5 minutes. I start panicking after 2 minutes pass. I hit something hard. It was a tiny person. "I am so sorry," I tell the person not looking at them. I am about to walk away when the person yells,"KRISTY!" It was Grayson. "Grayson! Thank God I found you! Where were you?" I ask him.
"I wus at the ice cream stand."
I start lecturing him about meeting at the pole. He looks down ashamed?
"It's okay Grayson it's partially my fault. we got to get back now. Even though your parents won't trust me anymore." I wrap Grayson in a towel and he gets on my back. We venture back to the elevator. "Hey guys. How was the pool?" Mr. Jeff asks us.
"Goowd!" Grayson answers.
"We had fun." I reply
"Kasey!" I hear someone yell. Who's Kasey? I wonder.
"You guys should change we are leaving in 40 minutes." Mr. Jeff informs us. "Can you help Grayson?"
"Yeah sure."
"Formal attire please both of you." I salute him jokingly "sir yes sir!" And go out into my room. "Ok Grayson you can sit on the couch and watch Netflix. Here is my computer, stay here until I get out. Ok?"
"Owkay." He replies finding his favorite show Ben Ten. I grab a t shirt, shorts, and a towel and head to the shower. I quickly shampoo and condition my hair and cleanse my face. I dry myself and put on my t shirt and shorts. I keep my hair wrapped in the towel,"Grayson!!" I yell opening the door. "Time for you to take a shower! Please shut laptop and place it on my bed." I grab a t shirt and shorts for Grayson too and lay out his shorts and button up.

While Grayson takes his shower I blow-dry my hair and change. Gray gets out and puts on the outfit I layed out for him. I blow dry his hair and he's done. "Okay Gray, you're done. you can finish watching Ben 10 or go to your parents room." I loosely curl my hair so it is cascading down my back. The blue in my hair has faded away with my hair looking as dark as ever. I quickly slip on my shoes, take my phone, and take Greyson to head to the lobby where the Millers and to meet. I spot everyone crowded around a lobby couch. We all head into the car to go and eat at Olive Garden.
