Read the judging chapter for an explanation of each category.

READ:

Please give me up to 48 hours to accept forms. I have no idea how many forms this may get, and I also have a life outside Wattpad, so sometimes it may take me time to get through the forms.

If you leave multiple forms, please do not ask "Is my other form approved?" until the 48 hour mark since I could be taking a break from approving forms or I haven't seen your other form(s) yet.

If your form is not approved for any reason, I will inform you.

Please keep in mind you need to read the judging chapter to know what the categories mean. Don't worry, I gave brief explanations for each category, so it isn't too much more reading.

If a category is almost full and too many people apply while I'm A) sleeping or B) approving other forms and haven't updated the participant list yet, then everyone will be accepted and the category will be overstuffed. So if the category has 19/20 participants, and three people apply for that category while I'm sleeping, I'll accept all three and make it 22/20. This applies only in cases where I'm sleeping or you apply while I'm approving other forms and haven't updated the participant list yet.

After a category is officially closed, you can no longer apply to that category, no exceptions. The form will be rejected. Please apply to an open category instead.

The form will ask you if you are okay with explicit music. Please answer honestly so I can adjust my music recs to you accordingly. If you're okay with some explicit music, like light cussing, then you can say that too. Just describe your comfort level with explicit music. If you have no restrictions, you can just put "Yes" next to the "Explicit music?" part of the form.

Keep in mind the playlists and recs will be based on your story, not you, so that's why I'm not asking for your musical preferences.

The form is a little longer than normal, but don't worry, I'll have a blank form available for you to copy paste in the inline comments underneath it.

STOP: Many of you clearly did not read the above section as many people keep getting the explicit music part of the form wrong. It is not asking you if your book is mature. I am 21+ and have no triggers; I do not care if your book is mature or not. Please read before submitting a form.

From now on, I am making the default answer a "NO" if you answer the explicit music part of the form incorrectly because I can't spend this much time going back and forth about something I very clearly state in this very chapter right above the form.

I spend so, so much time crafting these awards, prizes, reading, reviewing, etc., so please, all I ask is you spare the extra minute to read what I put above. Thank you.

Please do not use the additional info category to tell me random things about the book. Please make it important info only, like what I listed above.

Please stop using the additional info area to tell me to read certain warnings/things or read the full book. Guys, I have eyes. I will, in fact, be reading most if not all of your books and looking into your accounts as a whole, so please stop using the additional info section for things like that and save it for important info only, like a specific chapter you want me to judge if you're submitting a oneshot compilation.

And yes, I read content warnings. One of the judging criteria sections is about the chapters prior to chapter one. I am going to read the necessary information, so please stop treating me like a baby. It's frustrating. I am literally a trained content reviewer for the Ambassadors, so it is my entire job to read everything. That is without factoring in that I have been a professional reviewer for two and a half years now.

I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but I have been running contests for four years now, so this is far from my first rodeo, and I know to read most if not all of the books submitted. Many times it just feels like people talking down to me, and that's why it's frustrating. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not do the payments before submitting the form (you don't even have to click off the book to do them, folks, please just do them prior to submitting the form), you will be delayed. I will not accept your form, even if you do the payments right after doing your form, for 24 hours.
