I woke up at 11:45am and decided to shower and get ready to head over to my dad's place. After the shower I got dressed in a black shirt, ripped skinny jeans and black converse, for my hair I just left it down since it's naturally straight and for makeup just eye liner, mascara and chapstick. While I was in the shower I thought of ways to approach my biological father, what would I say and I started thinking what if he rejects me so I decided to write a letter and leave it where he can see it when he gets home, so that's what I did.
Johnny,
I know you don't know me but my name is Lacie Upton and I'm your daughter. You had a relationship with my mother Connie Upton in mid 1989 to early 1990 that lead to me being born November 21st 1991. I would really  love to have a relationship with you, get to know you and your family, my family. I don't want or need any money, I just want to spend some time with you.
I've written you a letter so you don't have to feel obligated to meet me, you have a choice and if you choice to not meet that's ok I will leave and you will never hear from me again but if you do want to meet call me at (337) 221-0001  and we could set up a time and place.

After I've written the letter I grab my black jacket, keys and the letter and started my drive. As I pulled up to my dad's road at 12:45pm and park two houses down I saw a lady and young boy walking to a car. I wait until I no longer see the car before I get out mine and walk over to the house. Walking up to the house I'm a little nervous of getting caught so I walk fast. I decided to leave the letter in the door so I open the screen door a little and stick the letter in and close the door on it so it's sticking a little out, then I run back to my Range Rover and get in. I sit in my car for a while just watching the house and sending a little prayer that everything will work out like I hoped. Five minutes of watching the house I decided to leave to go eat and before someone calls the cops. Since I don't know much about Ohio and I'm not great with the cold I just get a burger, fries and a drink from McDonald's and go back to my hotel room.
