OCTOBER 16TH
Eileen held the door open, while Jimin grabbed a flashlight. They decided to search for Jungkook and Tae together, since Jimin knows the town better than she did.
"Where do you think he'd be?"
She asked, hoping for a positive answer.
"I can't say I know for sure, but he
could be back at your landlords
house. Did you ever check there?"
Jimin asked.
"No, actually. I didn't."
She said, feeling stupid.
They walked all the way down the street and stopped in front of Jungkook and Eileen's door.
"Do you have the key?"
Jimin asked, worried I'd say no.
"Yeah, I remembered to bring it with me."
She reached into her pocket,
accidentally dropping the note from earlier.
"Is this yours?"
Jimin narrowed his eyes as he
picked up the piece of paper.
"Uh, yeah. How'd that get there?"
She asked, checking to see if
there was some hole in her pocket.
"You dropped it while
looking for your keys."
He explained.
"Really? Thanks."
She smiled as she opened the door.
"No problem."
He mumbled as he followed her inside.
Eileen switched all the lights on, sighing as there was no sign of Jungkook. She curiously twisted the door knob to Jin's house, walking inside.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?"
Jimin asked, following behind me.
"He shouldn't be home.
He's at the gathering."
She explained to him, quietly
walking through the dark.
"Is there at least a light I can turn on?"
Jimin felt the walls for a light
switch, but was out of luck.
"He doesn't have any lights
in his house.. weird right?"
I shrugged my shoulders.
They walked around a bit more, looking at what he had stored on his shelves, and in his cabinets.
"I didn't know he had a daughter?"
Jimin questioningly remarked.
"He doesn't.."
Eileen lowered her brows.
"Then who's that girl."
Jimin slowly pointed at the
dark figure at the pit of the staircase.
