~Mika's POV~

I grunted as I took a hit from Naoto. He wiggled his eyebrows and he moved a few meters away from me. I glared at him and started making the hand signs for the fire ball justsu. Naoto narrowed his eyes and managed to doge my attack. As I scanned the area, looking for my best friend, I felt myself freeze.

"Shadow possession complete" I heard him chuckled from behind me. I couldn't move and I knew it. Naoto had told me all about his clan and it's shadow possession. 

"What happened to you're too smart to get caught?" Naoto chuckled making me turn around to face him. I sent him another glare.

"Yeah...well...whatever" was all I could say. Naoto smirked, clearly happy with my lack of an answer.

"Ok fine! You win, let me go now" I pouted. Naoto chuckled but released his jutsu.

"That's not fair. You have a jutsu that can take control of people. I want one of those" I pouted as Naoto slung an arm around my shoulders. He chuckled as we started walking toward the village.

"Not my fault. It's my clan's jutsu. Too bad you're not a Nara"

I glared and shoved him.

"All I can do is turn Halia into a clone of me and then spin very fast and shot forward" I sulked crossing my arms.

"Yeah, but your clan is one of those tracking ones. Without clans like yours, then we wouldn't be able to track enemy ninja as well as we do" Naoto said trying to make me feel better. I stuck my tongue out at him in a childish way.

"Do I want to know?" Nao asked as she appeared beside us.

"Noato is being mean to me! He didn't let me win!" I complained pointing at my best friend accusingly.

"And why should he have let you win, exactly?" Nao asked, clearly amused.

"Because it would have been a nice thing to do!" 

"But if Naoto let you win, then you might have begun thinking you were tough and challenged a tougher opponent either in the village or on a mission, and you could have gotten hurt" Nao pointed out. I looked at her with a scowl. 

"Damn you Leaf ninja" I muttered under my breath.

"Arf!" Halia commented.

"And her response is?" Naoto asked amused. He obviously heard my comment. I crossed my arms and pouted. Naoto chuckled and put his arm back round my shoulders. 

"Are you ever going to take your Rock headband off?" Naoto asked, out of the blue. Reaching up, I touched the metal plate. 

"I dunno. I grew up there. It's my home. It was my home." I sighed. Naoto gave me a one armed hug.

"I think it's cool that you have two headbands. You are apart of both the Rock village and the Leaf village. It symbolises the peace between the two nations. Just like the rest of the shinobi world" Naoto grinned. Looking to him, I sent him a smirk before pushing him to the ground. Pulling out a kunai, I help it to his throat.

"I win!" I declared with a laugh.

"Mika?" a voice asked. Turning toward the voice, my eyes lit up when I saw them.

"Hiroshi! Daichi!" I squealed as I ran over to them. Launching myself at Daichi, I accidently pushed him to the ground.

"I've missed you so much!" I grinned as I hugged him. He chuckled and wrapped his arms round me.

"I've missed you too" he smiled as he kissed the side of my head. I grinned and inhaled his scent, missing it.

"What about me?" Hiro frowned. Grinning, I got off Daichi and hugged my best friend.

"I've missed you too Hiro!" I replied hugging him tight.

"Who are these people?" Daichi asked. Letting go of Hiro I smiled at Daichi.

"This is Nao Uchiha and Naoto Nara. Remeber? You met them a couple weeks ago" I frowned.

"Oh yeah! I forgot about that!" Hiro chuckled as he stood beside me and Daichi.

"Guys, you remember Hiro and Daichi?" I asked turning to Nao and Naoto. Nao smiled and looked both boys up and down, while Naoto had a slight sad smile on his face.

"Everything ok Naoto? You're not mad that I got the better of you, are you?" I asked biting my lip. I really didn't want Naoto to be mad at me. He shook his head and a smile appeared.

"Not at all! It was a good move" he grinned. My own grin returning, I turned to Daichi.

"You guys all settled in?" I asked. He nodded.

"Yeah, Hiro and I just gotta go the Hokage building and hear if we are ninja or not. Do you think you could show us where it is?" Daichi asked.

"Lord seventh is pretty cool. I'm sure he'll let you be ninja. As for showing you where the building is, I can't. I'm really sorry but I told Naoto that we could get barbecue after we sparred. But the Hokage building is that big red building right there. Hard to miss" I smiled as I pointed it out.

"It's fine. We can hang out later" Daichi smiled before he kissed my full on the mouth, right in front of the others. I frowned into the kiss, unsure why Daichi was acting weirdly. We he pulled back, Daichi gave me a hug. Shrugging of my concern, I hugged him back before we parted ways.

"Everything OK?" Nao asked as we began walking to the barbecue place.

"Yeah, Daichi is just acting a little weird. But  we haven't seen each other in a while, so he probably just misses me" I replied swinging my arms as I walked. Halia barked and I grinned.

"You know, I would give anything to be able to understand what your ninkin says whenever she barks" Nao chuckled. I laughed and set my hand on top of Halia's head.

"She speaks her mind, so maybe knowing what she says isn't a good thing to want" I joked. Halia whined and dipped her head.

"Oh, you know I'm kidding" I chuckled. Halia rolled her eyes and barked. I waved her off, turning to Naoto.

"So, what is the best bathhouse in town? I get we are, like modern now, but you can't beat a good bathhouse" I asked putting m hands behind me head, fingers interlocking. Naoto looked at me shocked, his face going a little red. I raised my eyebrow before turning to Nao.

"Do you have an answer. Or are you going to turn red like this idiot over here?" I asked pointing my thumb at Naoto, a little confused. She laughed.

"There is one, not far from where you live, if you want to go. We could grab a few of the others if you like. Make it a group thing" Nao suggested.I thought about it for the moment.

"We could do that. But then we would have to find the others. Which I honestly don't want to do" I admitted with a huge smile.

"Why are we finding the others? And who are the others?" Sachi asked entering my field of vision. She was with Kai and all their teammates.

"Do you guys, like, hang out which each other or something? Or this is a coincidence?" I asked half amused, half curious. Sachi waved off my question and looked at me.

"Who are the others?" she asked again.

"Mika wants to go the bathhouse and I wanted to know if she wanted to make it a group thing" Nao explained.

"The bathhouse? Seems fun! Count us in!" Sachi grinned.

"As in all 6 of you, or just you and your teammates?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"All of us. Right?!" she asked facing the other five. They nodded, agreeing. I pulled a face.

"Does that have to come?" I questioned refering to Daisuke. Sachi frowned and sent me a look.

"Be nice" she said. I pouted and crossed my arms.

"Fine. Now, where is the bathhouse?" I asked looking at everyone expectantly.

"You must be Mika. I'm Minoru and this is Kiyo. We are Kai's teammates" a guy with black and red hair introduced.

"You know who I am? Does Kai talk about me? Awww, how sweet of him" I said mockingly, putting my hands over my heart. "Yeah, I'm Mika. Nice to meet you both. Anything Kai or Sachi says that makes me seem like a troublemaker, it's probably true. Now! Off to the bathhouse!"

I turned to my friends, expecting them to start leading the way. They all chuckled and Nao took the lead.

"Are the bathhouses here attached to the side of a mountain, or are they, uh, not?" I asked lamely. Everyone chuckled.

"Is that how they are in the Rock village?" Naoto asked falling into step beside me.

"Yeah, they are. Water from the mountain, heated by fire justu users to heat up the water. The water was always hot, but it was so nice" I grinned.

"That sounds awesome. Maybe, we could visit he Rock village one day and you could take us there?" Naoto suggested.

"Sounds like a plan." I replied.

"Here we are" Nao announced. I turned to see the bathhouse. I frowned a little.

"The ones in Rock look better. But, hey, I better get used to this." I grinned before entering. Taking my shoes off, we each put them in a cubby, to keep them safe.

"I guess we'll see you guys soon" I said before walking to into the room marked, 'Female'.

*ONE HOUR LATER*

~Mika's POV~

"Do I have to leave? Or can I move here?" I asked as I sank lower into the water. The others laughed.

"I don't think they'll let you live here. But we don't have to leave just yet" Sachi grinned.

"Good. I think I'll get dad to make one of these out the back of our house. That way I don't have to go far when I want to relax" I chuckled.

"I may never leave your house if you do" Nao stated with a huge smile.

"Fine by me. Cause I won't ever leave it as well" I laughed.

"Excited to have Daichi in the Leaf?" Nao asked as she lent her head back and closed her eyes. I smiled, a small blush appearing.

"I am so happy. I feel like I haven't seen him in so long, yet it has only been a few months" I sighed, happiness radiating through me.

"You must be so happy" Sachi smiled. I nodded.

"Yeah. I'm excited for all of you to get to know, not only Daichi, but Hiro as well. I want all of you to get along and we can be one big family, that gets along"

"Sounds nice. Thing is, can we all actually get along" Nao stated. I looked over at her and raised an eyebrow.

"And what is that supposed to mean?" I questioned crossing my arms.

"I don't think Daichi likes Naoto very much" 

"What? Why would you say that?"

"Daichi was glaring at Naoto as he and the the other one appeared. I don't think he liked the fact that you were on top of Naoto. Even if it was for a sparring match. Kind of."

I frowned, thinking. 

"Really? Daichi isn't the jealous type. He wouldn't be mad at Naoto. Besides, Naoto is just a friend and a teammate. There is nothing going on, and there never will be."

"I think Naoto likes you as more than a friend Mika." Nao chuckled. I gave her a look.

"No he doesn't. Nao, Naoto knows that I am with Daichi and that I am very much in love with him. I know that Daichi and I are young, but sometimes people who are together in their youth are still together when they are old" I said standing. Stepping out of the bath, I grabbed my towel and wrapped it round me.

"Where are you going?" Sachi asked. I turned and sent her a brief smile.

"I think I've had enough for today. I think I may go spend time with my father or even Daichi. I'll see you guys later" I said before I entered the part where my clothes are. Drying myself quickly and getting dressed, I exited the bathhouse and headed home. Halia barked as she came to my side.

"Hi girl. Sorry for taking so long. It was nice and relaxing in there. It's a shame that you aren't allowed inside" I sighed, patting her head as I walked. Halia whined but said nothing more.

"Hey Mika, how are you?" Mrs Uchiha asked as she fell into step beside me. Her hands were full of groceries.

"Good thank you, how are you? And would you like some help with those?" I asked with a small chuckle.

"I'm fine thank you for asking. And no, I'm alright. Thank you for the offer though." Mrs Uchiha smiled. "Is there something wrong?" she added. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking. My boyfriend and best friend, also my teammates from Rock, just arrived in the village today. They just moved here. I guess I'm just trying to figure out how they will fit in with my life here" I said. Mrs Uchiha thought for a moment, her lips pursed.

"That can be tricky. Just try to remember who your real friends are. You may have grown up with your Rock village friends, but the ones you make here in the Leaf, they will be your friends for life. Just remember that" Mrs Uchiha said before she went down a different road. Sighing, I looked up at the sky, confused at what Mrs Uchiha had just said.

"MIKA!" a voice called out. I turned to see Minato and Itachi walking towards me. I smiled, stopped and waited till they had caught up.

"Where have you been?" Itachi asked his hands in his pockets.

"Who are you, my father?" I asked with a smirk. Itachi rolled his eyes.

"If you must know, I was at the bathhouse with Nao, Naoto, Sachi, Kai and their teams." I said as I began walking again.

"Why didn't you invite us?" Minato frowned.

"Because I couldn't be bothered finding you guys. No offence, or anything. I just wanted to take a relaxing bath" I replied with a shrug.

"What are you doing now?" 

"I dunno."

"Want to train?" Minato suggested.

"Sure, why not?" I agreed before I tagged Minato and ran off yelling "YOU'RE IT!"
