READ A/N AT THE END!

Mr. Bolivo passed out the quizzes after grading them. I looked down at mine.... A 56. Really Serenity I thought, why? I laid my head down till I felt a poke. They kept poking and poking until Finally I shot up and glared at who was doing it.

Derek., of course it was him. "What?" I snapped. He blinked, but then smirked and asked, " The question I was going to ask earlier?"  I wish I could just wipe that smirk off his face or even slap It off I mean sheesh I never seen someone smirk as much as this guy. " What about It?" I asked. What came out of his mouth next, let's just say  I did not expect at all.

"I was going to see if firstly you wanted help in this class and secondly if you would be willing to tutor someone in their literature class?"

"who did you have in mind may I ask?"

"Me." He replied. " You?" I asked, " you will tutor me in this stupid idiotic class and in return I tutor you in English?"

"yup." he replied popping the p.

That's when I looked at his quiz and my jaw dropped. Holy shiz he made a 95 on the first quiz alone. That my friend would be a absolute miracle for me, to make that kind of grade or even something remotely close. I turned back and looked down at my pathetic grade agian, biting my lower lip. Then looked back at him.

"Deal." I said.

He held out his hand. " Shake on it." He said with a poker face. I rose my eyebrow at that. "Seriously?" I asked. He nodded still keeping that poker face on.

I laughed then took his hand and shook it, still laughing and him doing the same.
—————-----------------------------————-----------A/N:  Hey guys!!!!!!!😂😂😂😂 Sooooo I kinda updated super early AKA this morning. Today was my update day and I got such good feedback that I decided to update as soon as I woke up:)

P.S : this chapter was sort of a filler chapter so it really isn't that good.:)

Ok so some of you guys out there are still confused and asking about serenity's past and delving deeper into it, guys I can't blurt everything out at once because then the whole story will be ruined lol😂AS the story progresses, you will get snippets here and there of her past and she will even remember flashbacks of a  past she never knew she had:) I want this book to be suspenseful and good at the same time. Everything this book is so far and the way it's going is exactly how I have it planned out:) trust me in this guys.😉😉😉 you won't regret it and the end might come as a surprise to some of u and might not:) As the book goes on, things change, people change, truths revealed, a past one never knew about, and serenity might learn something els along the way :). It's a lot but please just trust me:)
