The next morning I chose another one of my favorite outfits and did my normal routine. I decided to leave my hair alone, just letting it fall down past my waist in its natural waves.
Then for makeup, I dabbed on some Chapstick and a little bit of powder and was ready to go.

I headed downstairs and fixed a bowl of cereal with orange juice. Hey don't judge! Orange juice is awesome and I love it!

Mom wasn't home so my guess was that she began her Job today.
I finished up and put the dishes in the sink, then grabbed my stuff and headed out the door.

I locked up, then turned around heading towards my car and hopped in and was on my way to another day of school.

Once parked, I met Celina and Alex at the front steps. "Hey." I said "hey" they replied at the same exact time. I smiled to myself because I thought it was cute. I thought they were cute. They really did make a great couple and one could definitely tell that they loved each other just by the look they get in their eyes every time they saw one another.

I smirked then yelled, " Let's do this!!" They laughed at my enthusiasm, but really I was being sarcastic.

oh well.

They agreed and so we headed in and started the day.

The day flew by and before I knew it I was in my last class of the day aka chemistry. Derek was there already in his seat staring out the window. He had this far away look in his eyes like he was somewhere else...

In another place...another time...

I shrugged it off and took my seat next to him.

"So... I have a question... " he started while smirking. I narrowed my eyes fixing to say what, but then the teacher strolled into the classroom and announced that we were having a pop quiz. I groaned and slapped myself.

Why me god? what have I done to deserve this torture? I inwardly groaned. I was so going fail ....
