Kasumi grinned as they entered the mist village, for the original team 7 if felt so much different from when they had first went their. Arriving from the Naruto Bridge it seemed to strange
"Wow.. It's so big!" Naruto shouted Sakura looked around and smiled
"Look! The village!" Sakura exclaimed, both teens staring out to now newly built up mist village, it looked much better then when they first arrived, Kakashi looked around with a smile.
"It really has changed hasn't it you two?" He asked the two teens who nodded eagerly, Kasumi looked around around, holding Itachi's hand lightly as she looked around, suddenly getting loud cheers and welcomes from a large crowd. Afterall they did save the mist village.. Kakashi smiled and looked to Kasumi. She seemed really confused,
"Dad what's going on?" Kasumi asked, Itachi gave the Jounin the same confused look making him chuckle lightly.
"When team 7 was first formed we went here and stopped a man named gato from ruining the village for good. I guess they still believe that we saved them that day.." Kakashi explained quietly.
"NARUTO!!!" A familiar voice shouted, a boy with the same recognisable hat that team 7 had learnt to love after leaving the land of mist about a year ago. Naruto grinned
"Inari! Nice to see you!" Naruto shouted getting a hug from the young boy. Soon another familiar face made its way to the front of the crowd, and it was none other then the great bridge builder tazuna. Who cheerfully welcomed the group back into the village,
"Welcome back!" He cheered loudly. Kasumi hid behind Kakashi and Itami, "oh! Come now! I'll take you to my home!" He exclaimed smiling, Itachi and the two teens following, Kakashi looked back to Kasumi who looked a little scared. Smiling softly he picked her up and whispered something to her.
"Love you too daddy" she whispered back hugging him as he walked after the group, tazuna looked back and went wide eyed.
"Who's the little girl?" Tazuna asked, a smile plastered on his face. Kakashi sighed.
"My daughter" Kakashi said softly, tazuna looked down at Kasumi with a shocked look
"Well welcome! Uh.. What's your name?" Tazuna asked, Kasumi smiled
"Kasumi hatake!" She said grinning happily, letting go of Itachi's hand and running up infront with her team and inari. Itachi watched quietly. Not understanding hat was really happening.
" you remember when we visited here?" Kakashi asked, Itachi looked to the Jounin next to him and sighed
"Didn't you and Lily have your honeymoon out here?" Kakashi nodded
"That's right, boy has it changed a lot since I first visited" he whispered, smiling slightly as he watched the team reunite with some old friends, Itachi watched,
"How to propose I avoid attention?" Itachi asked, Kakashi smirked. Grabbing hold of the cloak around Itachi's shoulders
"Get rid of the cloak and headband" Kakashi said smirking, Itachi frowned at his brother in law before sighing
"Fine.. Only to avoid attention" Itachi grumbled, removing his headband and cloak. Kakashi chuckled at his brother in law before sighing
"I never thought I'd see you without that cloak" he muttered, Itachi smirked
"I never thought I'd be here with you when I'm supposed to be with the Akatsuki" Kakashi smiled at the man before him
"Hey just make sure you don't go getting your self killed, I'd like for Kasumi to know her uncle before he dies"
"More like before sasuke kills me.." Itachi whispered. Kakashi sighed
"You really don't have to go through that Tachi.. Really" Itachi looked to Kakashi with a shocked look..
"You haven't called me that since we we're in anbu.." Itachi whispered. Looking away from Kakashi and sighing. "I wish I could of changed my orders. But I was too focused on making sure the village was my top priority" Itachi whispered. Kakashi sighed
"I know the feeling Tachi"
"Kashi" Itachi whispered..

Over the years they had spent together Itachi and Kakashi had grown close. Acting just like actual brothers they did almost everything together, even after sasuke and naruto were born, although the younger two of Lily's step brothers had no memory of the time they all spent together. They used to often spar and hang out together, even after their families were separated,

Kasumi watched the two adults talk, a slight pained look in itachi's eyes as he spoke to Kakashi about something, walking over to them she frowned
"What's wrong!" she asked loudly, Itachi smiled
"Nothing Kasumi-chan" he said gently, patting her head gently and looking to Kakashi. The jounin smiled at his brother and sighed
"Naru!" He called loudly getting naruto's attention. Naruto smirked and ran over to them happily, but his grin began to form a frown as he looked to Itachi who looked away.
"Yeah?" Naruto asked, his guard up. Kakashi sighed.
"There's no reason to be on guard Naruto. He wouldn't hurt us. He he wanted too he would have already" Kakashi then looked to Naruto "Naruto, I'd like you to formally meet Itachi Uchiha, our brother and my former partner in anbu" Naruto looked to Itachi with wide eyes.
"Hi.." Naruto whispered, Sakura soon joined them
"What's taking so long?" She asked, Itachi looked at her and smiled gently
"Just meeting family..." He whispered, Sakura looked to Naruto then two Itachi
"Oh..." She whispered, Kasumi smiled and went up to Sakura and began talking to the pinkette. Naruto soon got distracted and joined them. Itachi sighed
"I see Naruto likes her"
"But she likes sasuke.." Kakashi commented
"That just reminds me of your old rivalry with Gai and iruka over her.." Kakashi smirked
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that.." Kakashi's lazy comment made Itachi laugh..
"It was no different for my father, mother, minato-San and Kushina-San too" Itachi said, the two men them chuckled reminiscing of past fight am fun and talks...
