Kasumi grinned, holding itachi the wrist tightly making the Uchiha grimace, he hadn't expected to be allowed to come wth them, or even let out without a fight, itachi stared down at his niece , his step sister... the of both Uchiha and uzumaki blood, a hybrid of two powerful clans and yet he had had no idea until his father had mentioned it to him. His one and only sister, she had died, died by the hands of fate and he had only gotten to see her once.. Only one time did he ever get to meet his step sister and be a proper family with her, he still couldn't believe the little white haired girl infront of him was his niece daughter of Lily and Kakashi Hatake.. Kasumi looked up to itachi who had just been staring at her with a bewildered look on his face. Naruto seemed to Catch on as well,
"Kasumi-chan?" naruto asked out loud kashi looked to her uncle and smiled
"Yeah uncle naru?" She asked, her wors seemed to snap itachi out of his trance, the Uchiha now staring at Naruto shocked. The three then heard Kakashi sigh who signalled the two genin to him and Sakura, both Kakashi and Sakura seemed to off edge, Kakashi new he could trust kasumi's judgement but, he couldn't let his guard down just because the akatsuki member was family. Itachi looked to Kakashi, who was watching the akatsuki member,
"She looks just lily" itachi whispered, Kakashi sighed now walkin beside the Uchiha
"She does, she told me she only got to meet you Once" Kakashi muttered, itachi nodded
"That's correct, it was only a brief moment before i..." Itachi sighed he sopped speaking making Kakashi sigh
"I know she told me" Kakashi muttered
"Does Sasuke know?" Itachi asked, Kakashi nodded
"He found out only a few weeks ago" Kakashi explained, gazing at his students, Naruto holding kasumi's hand, as if to protect the girl from the enemy behind him, Sakura seemed on edge just like the rest of the team, no one could let their guard down, especially when around itachi who wasn't posing any threat to them yet.
" So Ye nine tails is also.." Itachi asked
"I believe you already know the answer to that" Kakashi said sighing, his arms tossed as he walked beside itachi who was just gazing at Naruto and Kasumi
"So kushina did have a son with the fourth" Itachi whispered, Kakashi sighed
"You should know this, your part of the akatsuki" Kakashi whispered, itachi nodded,
"I propose Kasumi wanted to meet me?" Itachi asked Kakashi shrugged at the uchihas question
" she has her own way of Dealing with these types of situations" Kakashi explained quietly, itachi nodded
"Father never ante a daughter, no wonder he left lily with kushina-San" Itachi muttered under his breathe
"The Uchiha clan needed an heir, it wasn't Lily's fault" Kakashi Said, a sad feeling starting p as the two talked about lily and fugaku's relationship.
"I would always catch her trying to get father's attention, back then I never truly paid any attention to her, she was just like Sasuke when he was young, striving for father's recognition" Itachi sated sighing "yet she's acted so much like kushina-Sama too"
"She really was something" Kakashi muttered under his breathe, watching itachi who, like Kakashi usually did was looking at Kasumi with the same look that his wife had used when she first laid eyes on little Kasumi.
"You obviously care about my daughter, even when only just meeting her" Kakashi said looking to the Uchiha with a slight noted look, itachi sighed
"I never got to truly meet her mother, so as repayment I'd like to at least meet her daughter before Sasuke does ge string enough" Itachi explained, Kakashi sighed but nodded in understanding, he understood what itachi meant, with Sasuke so he'll end on killing itachi the oldest Uchiha wouldn't be living much longer, making his time to spend with the family that he had left shorten drastically. Kakashi sighed
"F you'd like I'll make so the hokage will let you in to see Kasumi" Kakashi said suddenly making itachi look back with wide eyes, the Hatake, the copy cat ninja was just suggesting that he come into the village, just to see his niece? Itachi looked at the Hatake dumbfounded, shocked and every a little scared.
"Wh-why?" Itachi asked shocked, kakashi sighed
"Because, with Sasuke out to kill you you won't be able to spend as much time as you should be able to with what family you have, which includes myself. I myself no what's it's like to not be able to spend time with family, Naruto also knows what it's like so.. It's only fir to allow you to have that opportunity before you do ge killed by Sasuke or by Natural causes" Kakashi explained, itachi's stone cold gaze had changed to one of gratitude and slight happiness as he gave the Hatake a slight nod
"Arigatou... Taichou" Itachi whispered, Kakashi sighed and nodded
"No problem" kakashi whispered, the two men soon fell silent both watching the three kids that were walking in front of them, both of thier eyes gaziat the smiling little girl who they cared for greatly..
