So, I'm fixing my new book for I.S.A and I notice this coming up when I'm reading through the book as a viewer on the app on my phone:

The forms doubled up!

Does anyone else see the forms doubled up when they read it? Or is it just me? It's weirding me out, cause it's only on the app and I don't know how to fix it.
