Chapter 5 - Father

       A few minutes before.....

Tommy watches as Phil went into the cave. Hiding behind a tree, having followed his dad the whole way. He was listening in on his conversation with Wilbur, Phil was acting extremely odd. Now he didn't know his dad too well, him being gone most of his life.

If anything, Tommy only knew him from Smp Earth. Having fought head to head against him and Techno. And boy did he have no mercy on that server. The man was busy most the time and always went off to play in his hardcore world. Leaving most of the care to Wilbur and Techno. Them being adults and all. It was safe to say that he was envious that Techno and Will got most the love from him as children. What did he even do in that world that made it so much more important than his own son. God, the letters he sent didn't even get a reply.

Tommy sighed, going out from behind the tree and slowly approaching the cave. Standing in the hallway, seeing Phil's back facing him.  Tommy looked at the totem of undying and potions. Already knowing he was up to something. He creeped back out. Whatever Phil is doing, it definitely isn't good. He should probably get some help.

"I'm coming with." Techno muttered, emerging from the trees. Tommy scowled, Wilbur behind him. The pig huffed, "if Phil is up to something dangerous, I can stop him. I doubt you or Wilbur could."
"Wha-" Tommy started before Will quickly inturupted him.
"Hes right. I don't know why you hate our brother, but please put it aside for now." He glared at the ghost. Of course he didn't understand, the dude didn't even remember blowing up L'manburg. Tommy sighed, rolling his eyes.
        "Alright. Let's go then."

          Present

"Holy shit. He was losing it." Tommy muttered, looking at the now unconscious Phil. Techno picked him up off of the floor, laying him over his shoulder.
"How long does that effect last?" Tommy asked, walking over to the book. Wilbur stared at Phil, his empty white eyes practically burning a hole in him. So his dad was the one who killed his brother. Who would've guessed. Tommy frowned, he really didn't know his dad too well did he? Never thinking such a nice and kind persona he put on would kill.

Who was he kidding? Maybe he just didn't think the Phil from Smp Earth and now are the same. But would you look at that, they are much similar then he thought.

"My dad... Killed me? Why?" Will cried, looking heart broken. "What did I do?" Tommy glanced away. 'What did I do?' my ass. You blew up my home. He Keept his mouth shut. It's not like telling him would matter. He would just forget anyways.

"You blew up L'manburg Will." Technos said bluntly, Tommy felt the sudden urge to slap the pig. Great, make the ghost even more heart broken. Wilbur looked at his hands,
"I did...?" He closed them, clenching them into fist. "That's old Wilbur. Not me." Techno raised an eyebrow, before shrugging.
"Alright. Why don't we take Phil to his house. He needs to rest." Tommy nodded,
        "Yeah, he lookes terrible..."

Damn. They all are a little messed up huh?

"Didn't know you're a ghost now, Will." Techno said, sitting down next to him. The two were sat on a hill in L'manburg. While the pig was technically wanted, Tubbo had allowed him to stay. Just because Phil is his father after all.

Techno had been off making a new base. One that no body would know of. Execpt maybe Phil, who he trusted with his life. The two had fought together in Smp Earth, even taking over the world. A father and a son.

He glanced at Wilbur, his head resting on his arms. Eyes glued to the country infront of them. A sad expression on his pale face. He frowned, what was he even thinking of?
"Techno." The ghost spoke, now looking at him. "I... Do you think I'm a bad person?" Techno froze, that was not the question he was expecting.
       "Well, I-"
"I blew up this place, right?" He gestered to the huge hole that lay under the country. Cobwebs and water sitting at the bottom. "So, maybe Phil was right to kill me. I'm not old Wilbur anymore, so I guess it worked." Techno stared at him, sighing. Turning his gaze back to L'manburg.
"I don't think you're a bad person Wilbur. You've changed, right?" The ghost nodded. "That's good. You're trying to make it up to people. While the damage you did can't be undone, at least you're trying to help ease it." Will buried his head in his arms. "And I think that makes you good."

Techno stood up, brushing off his cape. Will still sitting with his head down. The pig waited for a moment, before walking away. Deciding that he probably needs some alone time.

If anything, Techno's a pretty bad person. He was no different from Wilbur. Having also blown up a bit of the country. Hell, he's wanted. But that doesn't matter to him. They betrayed him. They knew that he's against government.

Techno hopped down infront of Phils house. Slowly opening the door. Seeing his dad laid down on the bed, blanket tucked over him. Techno couldn't help but wonder if Phil liked what he's done. He knew the father tended to support his anarchy. Often smiling as he told about a war he fought in. Or even fighting along side him.

He chuckled. What an odd father.

Mmmmm, family drama. A bit of insight into the sleepy bois family.
