I kissed her and she didn't hesitate to kiss me back. I felt the raging storm of anxiety turn to calm waters within me, my heart thumping in a way that erupted the butterflies in my stomach. And now I'm left with flutters and soft petal-like lips between mine. 

My hand raises to gently graze her jaw and then to hold as I break away to let a bit of air into our lungs before continuing where we had last left off. 

Finally kissing the girl I have had a slight crush on for a bit now, and her kissing me back, was more relieving than anything. Like I could finally breathe a bit better around her now, like the sun had cleared away my worries; that she was also attracted to me, with some possible feelings. 

I am yet to discover. 

She doesn't push me away, but rather welcomes me into her sweet taste as I feel her hand begin to wrap around my nape, and it makes me smile and I feel her do so too.
