"And this is what I do with my life..." Shirokage sighed as she watched the abandoned warehouse from above. She could only frown when she noticed the students below her.

Midoriya, Iida, Todoroki, Yaoyorozu, and Kirishima had all come to the warehouse in disguise. And Shirokage had to admit, their disguises were quite amusing. She had actually followed them the entire way there. As she had no way of knowing which location All for One would use, Shirokage figured following the ones with the tracer would be the best idea. The idea seemed even better when considering how the students would never be able to tell that they were being followed.

"Mt. Lady, huh?" The vigilante watched the heroes and police take over the warehouse in a bit of unease. Mt. Lady had just crushed a hole in the building with a truck, so Shirokage was a bit worried about how blatant they were being. She waited in silence, though. So far, nothing appeared to be going wrong. They had found the missing hero and restrained the Nomus, so Shirokage found no reason to interrupt just yet.

"The Nomu hangar," She noticed the number four hero speak up calmly. "Is completely under control."

"Or it's just the calm before the storm..." Shirokage guessed quietly. A majority of the time, plans never worked quite the way they were made. There were always some unknown factors that would ruin it.

"Sorry, Tora..." Shirokage let out a light curse as she heard the voice. He had appeared from the depths of the warehouse and was making his way towards the heroes. It as All for One... Sometimes, Shirokage hated being right. "She's always had a good quirk. It was the perfect opportunity, so I took it."

"Are you with the league?" Tora questioned the man that had yet to see. "A light, someone."

"After my body turned into this, I also depleted a lot of what I'd stocked up..." All the heroes tensed as the man continued walking in their direction.

"Stop! Don't move!" Gang Orca tried to yell at him, but he still didn't stop until he had come into the open.

Shirokage had to give Best Jeanist some credit as he wrapped All for One in his quirk without hesitation. Granted, she knew it wouldn't work out too well.

"Wait, Best Jeanist!" Mt. Lady clearly didn't understand the situation quite so well. "What if he was an ordinary citizen?!"

Shirokage almost deadpanned at the woman.

"Think about the situation," At least one person seemed to understand. "That instant of hesitation could decide the fight. Don't let the villains do anything!"

The observing vigilante let out another curse and stood up as she readied to fight. All for One had begun to use one of his quirks whilst wrapped in the string. And, in almost no time at all, there was an explosion that sent smoke everywhere.

Everything seemed to go silent amongst all the people there as the clouds of debris and dust slowly faded away. Surprisingly enough, no one had been injured, but the warehouse and some of the surroundings were completely destroyed.. The reason why, though, was what surprised the heroes and villains the most.

"Well... It certainly has been awhile," The white haired vigilante stood in front of the heroes in a protective yet somehow casual position. "Hasn't it, All for One...?"

"Shirokage..." Out of everyone, he seemed to be the only one that wasn't surprised with the girl's appearance. "You always seem to appear at such important moments... As expected of the number one vigilante. I thought I had blown everyone away, but you used your quirk to create barriers around each and every one of them before they could even get a scratch. To be able to do that in an instant... Your skills are certainly admirable."

"Aww, you flatter me!" Shirokage placed a hand to her heart dramatically as she took a discrete glance towards the heroes behind her. Almost immediately, she could tell that they wouldn't be able to help her. All for One's presence seemed to be too much for them. The vigilante couldn't exactly blame them for their fear. After all, she had once been in the same position. "Though, don't expect the compliments to change anything. You still haven't given me the 50,000 yen I earned by beating you in chess."

"Ever the fearless one, I see." The man seemed unfazed by the vigilante's jokes. "You have nerves of steel." Shirokage almost snorted at that but managed to restrain herself. She believed herself to have the nerves of a paranoid and frightened five year old. "It's too bad that you always have to act so heroic..."

At first, Shirokage was confused, but her eyes quickly widened when she saw him send an attack towards Best Jeanist, who had been trying to take advantage of All for One's 'distraction'.

"Damn it!" She didn't have enough time to push him out of the way, so the curse had slipped out as she took the blow for him. This seemed to surprise the other, minus All for One, who had been counting on it.

"Why...?" Best Jeanist seemed a bit confused as he looked at the girl who had just spat out blood inside her gas mask. While he was the number four hero, he had never met Shirokage, nor did he know about her determination to save everyone she could. So, he couldn't understand why she would risk her life and take the blow for him.

"I..." She paused as she coughed up a bit more blood and covered the hole that had been formed in her stomach. It was at times like these that she wished she could heal herself as well. "I don't plan on letting anyone die on my watch, That also means that I need you to leave with the others. If you can, evacuate the surrounding area. I have no doubt that this fight will only get worse."

"Then at least I should stay and help." The number four hero tried to convince her. "This is a heroes job, after all."

"You'd only get in the way." Shirokage didn't want to seem rude, but it was true. "All for One is someone that you guys can't handle. The only one likely to be able to defeat him is All Might. But I can still hold him off, at the very least. So leave."

"...." He seemed to hesitate for a bit, and he was honestly surprised that this All for One hadn't taken advantage of their conversation. It only made him sick when he realized that he probably had no need. "We'll make sure to get the civilians to safety."

She gave an unnoticeable, grateful smile as they decided to actually listen to her. She was glad that they decided not to fight with her or treat her as a villain. They seemed to understand their position clearly enough. Now, Shirokage could only hope that the students would get out of there. At least nobody else had noticed them. Though, she felt bad. They were probably having a hard time dealing with All for One's intimidating presence.

"Damn it..." Her eyes widened at the familiar voice of Bakugo Katsuki as he began to appear from some blob. Suddenly, she understood why he hadn't bothered interrupting. "... the hell...?!"

It was the perfect time to warp his comrades and hostage.

"Sorry, Bakugo." All for One 'apologized' as he stared down at the boy. Shirokage was tempted to grab Bakugo the second he appeared in front of All for One, but she knew that would only end with her getting killed.

"Huh?!"

She could only grit her teeth as one-by-one, Shigaraki and the others from the attack on the training camp appeared. Sure, she was strong, but it would prove rather difficult to fight so many villains at the same time.

"You failed again, huh, Tomura?" Nobody moved much as they got over their confusion and listened to All for One. "But do not be discouraged. Just try again. I have brought your associates back as well. Even this child. Because you judged that he was an important piece. Do it over as many times as you need to. That is why I am here. It's all for you."

As All for One reached out a hand towards Shigaraki, Shirokage couldn't help but notice how large his hands were. Like, they were probably three to four times the size of her own.

She almost snorted at the thought.

"As... Touching as this moment is..." Shirokage interrupted the villains, bringing all the attention to her. "You really shouldn't be relaxing just yet."

Almost at the very moment she ended her sentence, All Might came in whilst sending a strike towards All for One.

"I'll have you return everything, All for One!" All for One had caught All Might's fists, but wind from the backlash flew around everywhere. Shirokage was the only thing that kept Bakugo from flying as she grabbed his waist and jumped away from the two.. The villains weren't so lucky.

"Will you kill me again, All Might?!" The villain seemed to take pleasure in taunting the other man. "You're pretty late. It's a little more than five kilometers from the bar to here. It was easily thirty seconds after I sent the Nomus before you arrived. You've gotten weaker, All Might."

"What about you?" All Might had lost his usual smile as he spoke with All for One. "What's with that industrial mask you've got on? Aren't you overexerting yourself? I won't make the same mistake as I did six years ago, All for One! I will take Young Bakugo back! And this time, I will throw you in prison for sure! And all of the League of Villains you control with you!"

"There's so much to do." Shirokage looked a bit concerned as All for One's arm appeared to swell up. Whatever he was doing couldn't be good. "It'll be tough... for both of us."

"All Might!" Bakugo yelled out as the hero was sent flying across the city thanks to All for One.

"Even without your worry, he wouldn't die from something like that." All for One admitted to the student that was still being held by Shirokage. "So run away from here, Tomura, and take that child with you." He sent yet another quirk towards Kurogiri. "Kurogiri, get everyone away from here."

"Hey, wait!" One of the villains shouted out. "He was defeated and is now unconscious!"

As they went on to talk, Shirokage finally set Bakugo on the ground.

"I need you to stay close to me, understand?" The vigilante muttered quietly to the boy, who surprisingly enough, wasn't trying to pick a fight with her. "I'm sure you understand what kind of situation we're in all too well."

"Hmph," He looked away in a bit of disdain. "There's no need to remind me."

Anyone could tell that Bakugo only stayed by her reluctantly, but he knew better than to pick a fight in this kind of situation. If they were being honest, both Shirokage and Bakugo were relieved when All Might came flying back as Kurogiri's warp gate was opened.

"Think constantly, Tomura!" All for One advised as he began to float up. "You still have much more room to grow!"

"I won't let you get away!" Once again, All Might, sent a blow towards All for One.

At the very same time, Shigaraki's accomplices began to surround the vigilante and student.

"What a pain..." Both Shirokage and Bakugo muttered causing them to send a short glance at each other.

"Young Bakugo!" All Might tried to go over to them, but it was no use. All for One only used that distraction to his advantage.

"Pay attention to your own fight, All Might!" Shirokage yelled out to the hero as both her and Bakugo began to fight the six villains. Normally, she would be able to take them out fairly easily. But now, she had to make sure that Bakugo stayed safe. She couldn't afford to make any mistakes. "I won't let him die under my watch! Trust me!"

"You have my thanks, Shirokage!" All Might finally put his entire attention on the fight at hand, but he still held back. He didn't want Bakugo or Shirokage to end up in the crossfire.

"Don't thank me yet..." She mumbled out. Sure, she could counterattack and defend all she wanted, but fighting six strong villains all at once was fairly difficult. Especially when she had to hold back. She couldn't even put up a wall around herself and Bakugo. It would take too much time. All she could do was stall for time and keep the boy safe.

For the first time that evening, however, Shirokage was truly surprised as a ramp of ice was created with Iida, Midoriya, and Kirishima all racing across it before propelling themselves into the sky.

"Come!" Kirishima yelled while holding a hand out in Bakugo's direction.

Shirokage couldn't help but grin when Bakugo immediately reacted, sending himself into the sky with his quirk. Now, both her and All Might would be able to fight without holding back.

"For once, I'll have to actually compliment their genius idiocy." Shirokage's grin slid into a smirk as the students went flying away.

"What?!" The poor villains seemed so confused.

"Don't let them go!"

"Where are the long range fighters?"

"Dabi and Kurogiri? They're both down!"

"Just like you're about to be..." Shirokage popped her knuckles as she sent a grin towards the confused villains.

"You two get close!" One of the villains shouted out as he sent couple of them flying towards the students.

"As if I'd let you!" The vigilante used her quirk to make a rope out of fire that pulled back those that went flying. At the very same moment, reinforcements finally arrived as Gran Torino came and began knocking them out.

"You're too slow!" All Might told the man while Shirokage decided to just be thankful.

"You're too fast." Gran Torino was quick to reply. "Hey, Midoriya's really turning out to be more and more like you. In a bad way!"

"Shimura's friend, huh?" All for One began to stand up as he noticed the older man.

"It's shameful, but with this, I can defeat you without reserve!" All Might declared as everyone stood in a standoff. "All for One!"

"We've got two left here, too!" Gran Torino prepared to fight as both him and Shirokage stood in front of Toga and Shigaraki.

"Tomura-kun, I don't want this to end!" The vigilante couldn't hold in a sigh as the female villain began to complain. She would never understand that girl. Sure, she was adorable, but in a psychotic way.

"They got us." All for one admitted as he began to activate the same quirk from before. "They neatly turned the tables on us in one move. Forcible quirk activation! Magnetism!"

"Turn to dust!" Shigaraki ended up getting kicked back by Gran Torino, but all the villains ended up being pulled towards Kurogiri's portal before Gran Torino or Shirokage had a chance to restrain them.

And with that, they all disappeared.

"Damn it!" Shirokage cursed once more as All for One didn't waste a second. He sent Gran Torino through a portal that sent him right in front of All Might's blow. She coughed up even more blood as she tackled the old man out of the way. So far, this night was not going very well for her.

"I'm sorry!" All Might called out as he still ended up landing his hit on Shirokage's arm. It was lucky that she had made the split second decision to reinforce it with her fire.

"Don't... worry about it..." She got out as she still jumped away with the hero who had become unconscious. "We'll be fine..."

"I only came to save Tomura, but if you're going to fight then I will, too." Shirokage began to block the two out as she focused on healing a head injury that Gran Torino had received. She wasn't exactly in the best condition herself, but there was nothing that could be done about that. And, unfortunately, she wasn't the only one coughing up blood.

All Might was beginning to reach his limit as well...

"Toshinori..." Shirokage heard Gran Torino mumble as they both watched the man that was beginning to lose his muscle form. "You've reached your limit..."

"Are you feeling any better?" Shirokage questioned quietly after noticing his being awake.

"I'll be fine," The old hero got out as he began to stand up making Shirokage stop her fire. "If anything, you look a lot worse than I do."

"Don't worry about me," She tried to stand up from her kneeling position but ultimately failed as she started coughing out more blood. At this rate, she was either going to choke on her own blood or bleed to death. Either was a likely option.

Gran Torino was about to reply but stopped as All Might was about to crash into the news helicopter. Seeing as Shirokage wasn't in the condition to catch him, he leaped up to catch him before he did end up crashing.

"-That's what's hopeless about you!" Shirokage barely heard Gran Torino begin scolding All Might as blood began to rush to her head. The hole in her stomach was starting to become quite the inconvenience. "Don't exchange words with him!"

"Yes, sir!"

"His fighting style and quirk seem completely different from last time!" The old man scolded. "You won't be able to get a good hit in head on! You'll have to be tricky."

"If you even know how to be tricky..." The two heroes looked to their right as Shirokage came to stand next to them. She didn't look too good as she bled from a gaping hole in her stomach. She was a bit hunched over, but she held herself proudly. "We'll all have to go beyond our limits. It's do or die at this point."

"I understand."

"This scene looks like it's straight out of a nightmare!" A news reporter in the helicopter felt a bead of sweat drip down his face as he looked at the scene. "In an instant, half of Camino Ward has been destroyed! Currently, All Might is fighting the villain thought to be the ringleader! I can't believe it! There's just one villain!" People around the country stared at their televisions in worry as they watched the news report. "He's destroyed the city and is more than holding his own against the Symbol of Peace! Furthermore, even the number one vigilante, Shirokage, seems to be having trouble as she aids the heroes. This is the first time we've ever been able to see her, but her identity is clear as we can see her bright white hair and black attire!"

Due to the wind caused by All Might's and All for One's attacks, Shirokage's hood had been blown off, so her shiny, long hair now flowed behind her.

"I'm a little conflicted..." All for One kept his confident tone as the smoke began to clear away behind him. "The trust in heroes that Tomura steadily chipped away at... I wonder if it's okay for me to land the decisive blow... But you know, All Might, as much as you hate me, I hate you in the same way. I killed your master, but you took away the things I built up, too, right? That's why I want you to die the ugliest and most gruesome death possible!"

While he was speaking, he began to charge up an attack.

"A big one's coming!" Gran Torino warned as he jumped back. "Dodge it and counterattack!"

"Is it enough to just dodge?" The eyes of the three widened as they noticed a civilian woman laying in the rubble of one of the buildings where All for One was aiming

"Oi!"

"I will steal away the things you protected until now." All for One released his attack as both All Might and Shirokage tried to block the attack from hitting the woman. "First, your self-respect you kept even with your injury. Show the world your pathetic form, 'Symbol of Peace.'"

Shirokage paused momentarily as she noticed All Might having deflated back into his weaker form. She knew this fight just got five times harder just like all the fights would be from here on out. With the news recording the fight live, villains all over the country now know about All Might's weakened state.

"Um... What's...? Huh?" The news reporter sounded confused as he looked down at the sight. "Can you all see this? All Might has... Deflated..."

"Hollow cheeks and sunken eyes!" All for One taunted as he looked upon the weakened form of All Might. "What a pathetic 'top hero'! Don't be embarrassed! That's your true form-- the real you -- isn't it? I see..."

"Even if my body rots and grows weak..." All Might rasped out. "Even if you try to expose that form... My heart will remain that of the Symbol of Peace! It is not something that you can steal even a single piece of!"

"Wonderful. I give up." Shirokage was starting to realize how annoying her taunting must be as she listened to All for One. "I'd forgotten what a stubborn and naughty child you were. Then perhaps this will not hinder your heart at all either: You know... Shigaraki Tomura is Shimura Nana's grandson!"

Everything in All Might seemed to break at that moment. He couldn't believe it as his eyes widened. Even Shirokage was surprised. That was one thing she had never discovered.

"I kept thinking about what you would hate the most. I created chances for you and Tomura to meet. You defeated him, right? You smiled so proudly when you won, not knowing a thing."

"Lies..." Shirokage sent a worried glance towards All Might as he began shaking.

"It's the truth." All for One confirmed. "You realize it, don't you? That it's something I would do." Shirokage couldn't deny that. It was definitely something All for One would do.  "Oh, that's strange, All Might." All for One poked his own cheeks with his thumbs. "Where's your smile?"

"You... Bastard..." All for One only chuckled at All Might's broken look.

"This really is fun! Maybe I was able to steal a piece, huh?"

"He's... A relative of my masters..." All Might didn't even notice Shirokage spread her healing fire over top of him. "What have I done...?!"

"Don't... lose..." It was only as a civilian woman in the rubble began to plead, that he finally snapped to his senses. "All Might... Please... Help!"

"Of course... Miss..." All Might only reinforced his right arm. "Yeah, there's a lot... A hero has to protect, All for One." His smile was back. "That's why I won't lose!"

"All your might... That was the last of it, wasn't it, All Might?" All for One could easily tell that both he and Shirokage were at their limits. "A wounded hero is the most frightening. I see the image of your face as you come after me with your guts strewn around in my dreams sometimes, even now. I should watch for two or three swings, huh?"

The weakened duo watched in surprise as All for One was covered in a flame that didn't belong to Shirokage.

"What, bastard..." Shirokage sweat dropped with a look of disdain as she noticed that it was just Endeavor. "What is that form of yours, All Might?!"

"Looks like we made it in time, somehow..." Another hero landed beside the fiery man.

"Oh...?" All for One stared at the heroes below as he stood in the sky. "Even though they were all mid-rangers, I didn't think you'd be able to suppress them so soon. As expected of the man who climbed his way to the number two spot."

"All Might..." Endeavor paid no attention to the villain as he looked at All Might. "What is with that pitiful back?!"

"Endeavor..." All Might muttered out while Shirokage managed to send a dry look at the man despite her pain.

"If you just came to cheer him on, then be quiet and watch like a good audience!"

"Quiet you destroyer! We have come to help! That is our job!" The hero that had stood next to Endeavor attacked All for One as a distraction whilst some other heroes helped get people out of the rubble.

"All Might. Shirokage. This is all we can do..." Tora spoke up as he held Ragdoll and grabbed the civilian woman from earlier. "If we can help ease your burden even a little...!"

"Tora!" All Might looked at him in surprise.

Meanwhile, Shirokage was using this moment as a way to catch her breath. She had to lift her mask slightly to let the blood she had coughed out flow to the ground. She could only grimace at the sight. It wasn't pretty...

She was seriously hoping that no one was going to die tonight.

"Hmph!" All for One had black and red lightning flicker around him as he began to use one of his quirks. "How annoying."

The attack that was sent towards the ground sent almost everyone flying back. The only ones who managed to stay in place were All Might and Shirokage themselves. Though, Shirokage had grabbed onto All Might's sleeve to keep him from flying.

"Let's stop talking about emotions and start talking about reality." All for One's arm began to swell up once more. "The shockwaves until now were just to wear the two of you out, not kill you. In order to kill the both of you for sure, I will punch you with the ultimate combination of quirks that I have right now!"

Shirokage could feel a bead of sweat slide down the side of her face as she stared at the grotesque form All for One's arm had taken. She wasn't sure how well they'd be able to take a hit from that, even if both her and All Might were blocking it.

"I am finally certain after exchanging blows with you, All Might... One for All no longer dwells inside you. What you are using now are the lingering dregs... The embers left after you passed it on. And that fire becomes weaker each time you use it. A feeble light that will go out without even being blown on... Midoriya Izuku!" Both Shirokage and All Might looked at All for One in surprise and slight horror as he shouted Midoriya's name. "He's the one you passed One for All on to, isn't he? He came without any qualifications... It's as if you have no control over him at all... You can die full of regrets, All Might. Even as a teacher, it's your loss!"

All for One's fist clashed loudly with both Shirokage's and All Might's. Normally, Shirokage wouldn't dare pick a fight with someone she knew to be stronger than her. She felt tiny compared to the two next to her. At her whopping height of 5'8", she felt like a really weak midget next to them. But right now, she didn't have much of a choice but to fight. Even though black dots swirled her vision, she wouldn't forgive herself if she left All Might to fight alone.

"That's right..." All Might got out as blood from their arms began to spatter out. "As a teacher, I should've reprimanded him. I have to reprimand him!"

"I see..." It almost sounded as though All for One was grinning. Not that anyone would be able to tell just by looking at him. "The weak embers that are going out without even being blown on are resisting, huh? They're desperately resisting to keep from going out until they fulfill their duty..." At this point, Shirokage's gas mask had flown off her face, and she had to rely on her fire in order to keep her identity hidden. "How unsightly."

"It's not just because I'm a symbol." All Might spat out a bit of blood. "Like my master did for me... Until I finish training him... Until then--"

"For you to resist so much in such an unsightly way..."

"I can't--"

"I miscalculated..."

"I can't die!"

Shirokage jumped back a couple feet in surprise as All Might ended up using a feint. He had gotten a blow in, yes, but his right arm was now ruined. She made a split second decision and covered him in her fire. It was all she could think of to help at the present moment.

"Little tricks like that aren't like you." All for One commented as his other arm grew massive. "Someone else has been influencing you! It's weak!"

"That's because my back wasn't in it!" All Might surprised everyone by using his damaged right arm to attack. "United States of..." He had landed a clear punch on the villain's face. "Smash!!"

Shirokage braced herself as best she could as a shockwave rippled through the ground thanks to All Might. The sheer force of the impact even had the helicopter flying away. It was almost as though it was a giant vortex.

It grew silent, though, when the clouds of smoke finally began to dissipate. It revealed both All for One and All Might. However, All for One was now knocked unconscious as All Might kneeled on the ground with blood dripping from his mouth. One could almost hear the cheers as the number one hero lifted his left hand in a fist that he reverted to its muscle form.

"The villain has stopped moving!" The news reporter announced. "Victory for All Might! He's standing in victory!"

"All Might..." The man gave Shirokage a surprised look as her hair began to glow gold. What seemed to surprise him more was the fact that her hair was practically floating. "After this..." She let out a cough filled with blood as she was forced to kneel on the ground. She no longer had the strength to stand up. "Can... Can you make sure that--that no one let's my face be seen by the cameras?"

"Shirokage?" All Might seemed a bit confused at the request. Normally, this was the point where she would go off and disappear.

"I told you..." More blood was spat out. "I don't plan on letting anyone die tonight..."

Nobody had a chance to ask what she meant as the goldish glow began to surround her body, and a fire of the same color began to appear around her. Nobody expected it, either, when the flames engulfed the entire city within seconds. Almost as if by a miracle, the buildings were slowly repairing themselves, and the injuries of anyone involved in the incident disappeared. Even All Might's injuries, which were severe, almost fully dissipated. They could only watch in shock as the small female returned the entire city into what it once was.

It only took minutes, but it felt like hours had gone by for Shirokage. And by the time she had finished, she fell limp to the ground, her face covered as she had gone down face first. However, all of her flames had disappeared, and her hair slowly faded to a light brown as she lost consciousness.

Multiple heroes rushed towards her after she fell, including All Might. They used their bodies as a cover to keep her identity a secret as another person called for an ambulance. Despite everyone else having been healed, Shirokage was in critical condition. There was still a gaping hole in her stomach as she bled out, and her arm almost appeared to be as ruined as All Might's was before. It didn't help that she was also bleeding from more minor cuts all over her body.

"I was really hoping that this wouldn't be the way we would find out your identity, Shirokage." All Might frowned as he kneeled next to her, getting ready to turn her around and lift her up. Despite having just been through a greuling fight, he felt oddly energized.

In silence, he slowly turned her around so that she was laying on her back, but everyone ended up letting out gasp of surprise as they laid eyes on the girl's pale face for what they originally thought would be the first time.

"She's just a kid!" Mt. Lady covered her mouth in shock.

They all stood in shock. Some were surprised due to her age while others were surprised due to a more personal reason. Those surprised due to the personal reason looked at the girl in shock and silence. Out of everybody that Shirokage could have been... They were not expecting her.

"Masami..."

Holy shizzlepops, that was a long chapter! At least for me. Anyways, some questions have now been answered! Others... Not so much. But I hope you enjoyed this 'little' reveal chapter! I'm sure you guys already expected this, but what can ya do?
