March 3 1981

A Year has passed and everything has been going well for Carrie and Alex. Their life in Stovington has been peaceful and quiet. Right now Alex was at his office looking through some papers as he was done with his class. He continued looking through the papers until he heard the telephone rang as he answered the phone.

Alex: Hello.

Carrie: Hey Alex!

Alex: Hey Carrie, How are you?

Carrie: I'm doing alright, What about you?

Alex: I'm doing alright too, What are you up too?

Carrie: Nothing much, I'm at home right now waiting for you.

Alex: I see, I'm almost done with work then I'll come back home.

Carrie: That's great to hear, I cant wait to see you.

Alex: I cant wait to see you too.

Ambrose heard Carrie laughing as he had a huge smile on his face until she said something to him.

Carrie: I love you Alex, Take care of yourself.

Alex: Love you too. You also take care of yourself.

He heard her laughing as she said "Bye" to him as she disconnected the call as Alex smiled to himself. He continued working on some papers until he looked at the date and realized today was their one year anniversary.

Alex finished his work as he exited the office as he left the school and began making his way towards a shop to buy something before going back home.

After he was done buying something, He began making his way back home as he looked at the time and it was five twenty two p.m. He eventually made it to the apartment complex as he went up the third floor and used a key to open the door as he entered the apartment and closed the door.

Alex was fixing his hair as he was walking around until he heard someone calling his name as he saw who it was.

Carrie: Welcome home!

Alex smiled at her as she got up from her seat and walked towards Ambrose as she hugged him and kissed him the cheek as he smiled at her.

Alex: Happy Anniversary Love.

Carrie had a huge smile on her face as Alex kissed her forehead as they continued hugging each other until Alex gave her something as she saw what it was.

Carrie: Thank you so much!

She hugged him as Alex hugged her back as he began spinning her around as she was laughing at him.

He continued spinning her around as she was laughing at him until he stopped as both of them were looking at each other in the end as they both had huge smiles on their faces.

Alex: I'll take you out to the Carnival. Wanna go there?

Carrie: I would love too.

Alex: That's nice, Let's go then.

Carrie smiled at him as both of them exited the apartment as Alex locked the door as both of them began making their way downstairs as they left the apartment complex.

Both of them were walking through the streets as they were talking to each other while walking past some civilians until they saw the carnival as they continued making their way towards it.

Alex and Carrie made it to the carnival as they were talking to each other.

Alex: Where do you wanna go first?

Carrie: How about the ferris wheel?

Alex: Sure, We can go there.

Carrie smiled at him as both of them went towards the ferris wheel as they entered it. The ferris wheel began moving as Alex and Carrie were admiring the view as they were holding each other's hands.

They were smiling at each other as Carrie rested her head on Alex's shoulder as he smiled at her.

Eventually the ride ended as both of them exited the Ferris wheel as Alex brought some cotton candy for Carrie as she began eating it as Alex was eating some popcorn.

They tried out other games around the carnival as they were having so much fun. He even gave Carrie a teddy bear as she was happy and even hugged him.

Both of them exited the carnival as Alex was gonna take Carrie to a restaurant for dinner.

They eventually made it to a restaurant as they ordered some steak as they were talking to each other while waiting for their orders.

Eventually the waiters placed the food on the table as Alex and Carrie began eating while drinking some orange juice.

Alex was eating the steak as he noticed Carrie was staring at him as she was smiling at him.

Alex smiled at her as she was blushing as they continued eating until they were done as Alex paid the bill and both of them exited the restaurant as they were talking to each other.

Carrie: Today was an amazing day.

Alex: Your right about that.

They began making their way back home until Carrie thought about something. She stopped in front of Alex as he was staring at her until she grabbed both his arms as she began spinning him around as both of them were laughing at each other.

Both of them continued spinning around as they were laughing at each other until they stopped as they went back home.

Alex and Carrie made it back home as both of them sat down on the couch as she rested her head on Alex's shoulder as he wrapped one arm around her.

Alex: I love you Carrie.

Carrie: I love you Alex.

Both of them smiled at each other as both of them fell asleep while holding each others hand.
