April 21 1979

The Time was Seven thirty two a.m, Alex along with Daniel and Laura were making their way to Ewens High School as they were walking about the upcoming tests and many more as Daniel and Laura told Alex about their date on the park as Ambrose told them about his date with Carrie.

Daniel: Glad you and her are doing alright.

Laura: You two are such a cute couple.

Alex glared at them as they were smiling at him until Alex had a small smile on his face as they continued walking until they heard someone calling Alex's name as they turned around and saw who it was.

Laura: Hey Alex, Your girlfriend is here.

Daniel: And She's happy to see you.

Alex hit Daniel's arm as Him and Laura began laughing at him as Ambrose gave a death glare to them. Carrie had a huge smile on her face as she walked towards him and spoke to him.

Carrie: Good morning Alex.

Alex: Good morning Carrie. How are you?

Carrie: I'm good, What about you?

Alex: I'm doing good too.

Carrie had a huge smile on her face as she was walking with Alex towards the school as Laura and Daniel were following them.

They made it through the gate as they entered the school and continued making their way to their first class which is Geography class, The Group were also talking about the test as they entered the class and waited for the teacher to enter.

The Class was talking about the test as some were worried about it while others were confident about it. Soon the teacher entered the class as everyone was quiet and got the test papers as they began working on it.

Carrie was writing down her test as she noticed Alex was also writing down his test as he looked at her and smiled at her as she smiled at him back.

Geography Class was over as everyone exited the class as The Group were talking about the test that they finished.

Laura: So What do you think of the test?

Daniel: It was easy. What about you?

Alex: It was easy.

Daniel: Or Did you copy the answers from someone?

Alex: Shut up you asshole.

Carrie: Language.

Alex: *Sighs* Sorry.

Daniel and Laura smiled at them as The Group continued walking until they noticed Sue walking towards them as Carrie wanted to ignore her but Alex spoke to her.

Alex: Carrie, You should listen to her.

Carrie: But-

Alex: It's alright Carrie, Just hear what she wants to say.

Carrie was thinking about it as Sue was staring at them until she gave her response.

Carrie: Okay, I'll talk to you.

Sue: Thank you Carrie, I'll talk to you around lunch time.

Carrie: Okay then, I'll see you around lunch time.

Sue nodded as she walked away as Carrie spoke to Alex.

Carrie: I'm worried about what she will do around lunch time. She is Christine's friend after all.

Alex: Don't worry Carrie, I'm here for you.

Carrie: *Smiles* Thank you Alex.

Both of them were smiling at each other as Daniel and Laura told them that they were getting late for their next class as they immediately began making their way to the next class while talking to each other.

School Day was going well for everyone as everyone was sitting in the cafeteria eating some food while talking to each other while cracking jokes while others were walking around.

The Group were sitting by the table eating some food as they were waiting for Sue to show up. As they were eating, Carrie was looking at Alex as she smiled at him.

Carrie was smiling at Alex until someone hit Alex on the back with a plate as he was holding his back until someone grabbed him and threw him on the ground as the group saw who it was.

Billy: You think I forget about our last fight?

He kicked Alex in the gut as Daniel tried to help his friend but Billy's friends began surrounding him as Boyce began fighting them.

Billy was gonna kick Alex but he tackled him on the ground and began punching him as the entire cafeteria were watching the fight between those two.

Billy threw Alex on the ground as he grabbed a plate and tried to hit Alex he grabbed a chair and threw it at Nolan as he was stunned until Alex tackled him on the ground as he began kicking his gut.

Christine: Come on Billy! Fight back!

Daniel was fighting some of Billy's friends as Laura and Carrie watched the fight between them as they were worried.

Sue and Tommy noticed the commotion as their eyes were widen by the fight that was happening in front of them.

Alex punched Billy again until several teachers began holding them back as both Alex and Billy were taunting each other as they made their way to the principals office.

Christine along with her friends, Billy's friends, Billy and Alex were at the office as The Principal was angry at them.

Principal: I'm sorry to say this but you will all be at detention for this.

Christine: Screw that! I'm not going to detention.

Principal: If that's the case then its over for you and your boyfriend.

Billy: What are you talking about?

Principal: You and Christine will not be attending this years Prom.

Christine along with Billy was shocked as their friends sighed to themselves knowing that they will be going to Prom.

Christine: You can't do this!

Principal: I'm sorry but it has to be this way, You are all dismissed except for Alex.

Christine and Billy gave a death glare to Alex as they left the office along with their friends. They were walking through the hallway until they saw Laura.

Christine: What do you-

She couldn't finish her sentence as Laura slapped her in the face as Christine's eyes were widen until Laura walked away as she gave a death glare to her.

Christine continued walking until she noticed Carrie making her way towards the office as she said something to herself.

Christine: This isn't over Creepy Carrie. I'm gonna embarrass you so bad that you will Chamberlain.

Meanwhile Carrie was making her way to the office until Sue stopped her as she spoke to her.

Sue: Alex is still in the office.

Carrie: Oh I see. I'll just wait for him till then.

Sue: Alright then.

Carrie: So. . . . What do you want to talk to me about?

Sue: Remember when Christine humiliated you in the locker room? I know I was part of the prank but I felt sorry for you. You don't deserve what happened to you. I know your mad at me and I understand, I just want to say that I'm sorry for everything that has happened to you.

Carrie was silent about what Sue said, Sue was Christine's friend and all but the apology she gave her was genuine and Sue regretted everything that she has done to Carrie.

Sue: I'll leave now Carrie-

Carrie: I forgive you Sue.

Sue was shocked by what Carrie said to her as she gave her a hug as she didn't know what to do but hug her back.

Soon they saw Alex leaving the Principals office as Daniel and Laura spoke to him.

Daniel: What happened?

Alex: Well I have detention for some time and I'm not allowed to attend this this years prom.

Laura: I'm sorry to hear.

Alex: It's okay, Atleast you two are going to prom, Have fun too.

Daniel and Laura gave him a hug as Carrie walked towards them as Laura and Boyce moved back as Carrie hugged Alex as he hugged her back.

School Day was over as everyone went back to their homes. Alex dropped Carrie back to her home as he went back to his home. Carrie opened the front door and looked around the house.

Carrie: Momma, I'm home.

She noticed Margaret was standing in the main hall as she was holding a kitchen knife while giving a death glare to Carrie as she was scared and moved back in fear.
