March 30 1979

The Time was nine forty three p.m. In Carrie's house showed Carrie sitting in her bedroom reading some books as her mother was at the kitchen cleaning the dishes. Carrie continued reading books about telekinesis as she closed the book and placed it on the table.

Carrie was fixing her hair as she noticed her book on the study table as she decided to test her powers out by lifting the book. She began to concentrate as the table was sitting still on the table as she continued focusing on it until the book began levitating.

The Book was levitating as Carrie had a huge smile on her face as other objects around her including her bed began levitating as she continued smiling at the sight of it

Meanwhile in the kitchen, Margaret noticed the lights were flickering as she began calling out Carrie's name but she was answering her back as she was worried. Margaret grabbed a kitchen knife and began making her way upstairs as her hands were shaking.

Meanwhile Carrie continued moving the objects around her room as Margaret tried to open the door as Carrie put all the objects down as she immediately laid down on her bed.

Margaret opened the door and saw Carrie was asleep as she placed the knife on the table and put a blanket on her as she began caressing her hair as Carrie was listening to her mother's words.

Margaret: Your safe here with me.

Margaret looked at the knife on the floor as she was confused until she grabbed the knife and left Carrie's room as Carrie got up and was worried about what would happen if her mother found out about her powers.

Carrie felt sleepy as she closed her eyes and drifted to sleep as Margaret also went back to her room and fell asleep.

Meanwhile Alex was watching TV as he saw his father coming downstairs as Alex ignored him. John noticed Alex wasn't listening to him as he spoke to him.

John: I'm going outside, You little brat.

Alex didn't responded to him as John was upset and said something to him.

John: Listen you little shit, I'm your father and I demand you to answer me.

Alex: I don't care.

John was angry as he threw a vase on him but he moved out of the way as his father looked at him.

John: If you give me that attitude again, I will kill you.

Alex: You don't have the guts.

John tried to attack Alex but he pushed him and punched him in the face as John fell down as Alex walked back upstairs as John was saying bad words to him but he ignored those words.

Alex closed his bedroom door as he punched the wall in anger. Alex closed his eyes as he let out a sigh as he sat down on the bed and began drawing to take his mind off.

He finished drawing as he was feeling tired as he laid down in bed as he saw the time was eleven twenty two p.m as he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.

March 31 1979

Carrie was making her way to Ewen's High School as she was thinking about Alex. Eventually she made it to school as she was waiting for him by the school gate.

Five minutes have passed and Alex hasn't showed up as Carrie was reading a book while looking around. Sudden Carrie noticed Christine and her friends walking by as she didn't look at them.

Christine and her friends walked past Carrie as they entered the school. She sighed to herself as she continued reading the book until she saw Laura and Daniel walking through the school gate as she noticed Alex wasn't with them.

Carrie felt sad as she was gonna walk towards the school until she heard footsteps as she turned around and saw Alex walking past the gate as he noticed Carrie.

Alex: Good morning.

Carrie: Good morning to you too. . . .

Alex and Carrie entered the school as they were heading towards their first class which is Math class. The students were talking to each other as others was throwing paper planes until the teacher entered the room as everyone was silent.

Math Class was going well as Carrie was taking some notes along with Alex as he spoke to her.

Alex: What do you think of Math Class?

Carrie: It's alright. . . . . What about you?

Alex: I find it boring.

Carrie: I see.

Math Class was over as everyone went to the next class which is Art Class as Daniel and Laura noticed Alex was speaking to Carrie.

Daniel: Glad Carrie has a friend.

Laura: I agree on that. She deserves to be happy.

Carrie noticed Alex wanted to show her something as she was looking at him until he gave her a drawing he made last night.

Alex: I made this last night and I thought about giving it to you as a gift.

Carrie couldn't help but smile at him as she took the drawing and kept looking at it until she spoke to Alex.

Carrie: Its beautiful, Your drawing is amazing.

Alex: Yeah. My Mom teaches me how to draw. . . . .

Carrie: Alex, Are you alright?

Alex: I'm fine. . . .

They heard the bell ring as they immediately went to their next class as Carrie and Alex were looking at each other before they walked away.

School Day was over as everyone left the school but Carrie was waiting for Alex by the school gate since he was in detention. Carrie was looking at the drawing that Alex gave to her as she had a huge smile on her face.

Carrie continued waiting for Alex until she saw him walking out of the school as he looked at her.

Carrie: Hey. . . .

Alex: Hey.

Carrie: How was detention?

Alex: Boring but Hey it'll all be over by tomorrow.

Carrie: That's right.

Alex: Are you going back home?

Carrie: Yes. . . .

Alex: Want me to walk you back?

Carrie was scared and worried. She had this thought that if her mother saw Alex then she will punish Carrie again. Ambrose noticed Carrie was scared as he spoke to her.

Alex: Hey, Are you alright?

Carrie: I'm fine.

Alex noticed a rock flew towards a wall as he was confused but he ignored it as he spoke to her.

Alex: Its alright if you don't-

Carrie: I just want to know, Why do you want to walk me back home?

Alex: Just to make sure you go back home safe. If anyone even annoys you then I'll break their teeth.

Carrie couldn't help but smile at him as she looked at him as Alex was fixing his hair until she spoke to him.

Carrie: Fine, Let's go.

Alex and Carrie continued walking as they were talking about books and many more until Carrie saw her house as she spoke to him.

Carrie: That's my house. I'll see you soon.

Alex: Take care Carrie.

Carrie: You too Ambrose.

Alex gave her a small smile as she smiled at him back until she opened her front door and walked inside the house as Alex felt his heart beating fast as he walked back home.
