NEW IT COUPLE ALERT? After last night's long-discussed party in Manhattan chez Dixon Enterprise, the designer of the moment, Nicholas Chavez, and supermodel Salem Reid were seen leaving the building together, and looking closer than ever!

The two were reportedly seen getting very close not only inside the venue, but also on their way out. They were seen sharing intimate looks and touches, and this led their fans to think that there might be something new growing between them! Is this the beginning of something more than just a professional relationship between the two? We sure hope it is!

While neither of the parties has confirmed a romantic relationship yet, the timing is definitely excellent, since the two have been allegedly working together for a big collaboration. So now everyone wants to know, is this just a blossoming friendship or is there something more going on behind closed doors? Only time — and more public appearances — will tell.
