You brought Koneko to her room and placed her down on her bed. Trying to tuck her. "Koneko?" You called.

She pushed you away. Go away.

You sigh. Looking at her. Shaky and uneasy. Instead of trying to ask to living heck out of her for forgiveness you sit on the floor leaning against the bed. Giving her a moment or two to think everything through. As did you.

"🎶Was I better off dead? Am I better off a quitter? I was never this strong, ever since I met her. It's bad enough she's crying. I'm just a smuck here on her floor.

And Master's on my case trying to ease me down. Cause I want to spread pain all over town. I see that I got wrong. And I'm bad talented wolf just singing a song. I know that you're hurt and I I've seen the worse. But I got to take control and not just burst.

Her eyes opened and saw you still sitting there. Waiting patiently for her to calm down. She was still hurt and afriad for your well being. Reaching over your shoulders and hugging you. Surprised too. "Stay." She whimpered.

"I'm not going anywhere."

"Come to bed."

That is something you just couldn't ignore. The fact you saddened her and worried her so much and still wanted cuddles. No violence. Just affection. This you didn't expect. "Okay. Can I just change first?" You stand up.

"Please hurry. I want to cuddle."

"No problem." You quickly move out the door and kept it open you were in such a rush. Man those eyes and face are irresistible. And least I can wash this shirt. It does have blood on it after all. Into your room you spring into action changing your pants into a clean pair and just throw on a plain shirt for now. It was late to begin with. Satisfied with it get back to the room and shut the door behind you. Slowly going over and getting into the bed before she asked you again. "I'm back."

She pulled up your shirt and rested her head on your bare stomach. Laying down feeling the fur from her ears felt warm and comforting. "Mine. Meow." She purred.

"Koneko..."

"Be good and cuddle. If you want to continue being bad you can sleep in your bed tonight."

"I said I'm not leaving. I'm here with you. I'm sorry about not filling you in on this. I sort of came up with it on the fly and thought Xenovia could help since she was in front of me. But no one wants to stop me. Can't thank everyone enough. You included. Koneko I have put you through too much."

"I love you." Getting up and kissing you. Then flopping on your chest. "Tired. Rub me."

"A rub will make you nice and very happy." You scratch behind her ears as she was delighted. "That better?"

"Yes Wolfie."

"How tired?"

"I want to be like this tonight."

"Like this?"

"Please. I want you close. Because I don't want you angry or hurt."

Surprised. "Kitty... me? Angry?"

She looked up and nodded. "You're upset. You went on a rampage."

Not wrong. "I know..."

"I don't want you hurt." She kissed your neck.

"I do my best. Been preparing myself. You helped me. I have so much to accomplish. Getting rid of them is a stepping stone."

She let out a yawn. "Nighty Wolfie."

"Night Kitty. I love you." With that she laid on your bare chest. Her ears and tail still out. In a happy and natural state of mind. Free to be open with you. Another step in your early relationship. It's been tested the last couple days. But I cannot keep up forever.

I honestly had that song stuck in my head which is why it's out early. Fell into place so well. Love how this is turning out.
