There are days when problems, grief and pain,

Come knocking at our door, without refrain,

No matter how much we try to push them away,

They find us in the darkness, come what may.

We try to fix it all, to deal with the pain,

But sometimes it's too much to bear, too insane,

All we can do is hope for the pain to ease,

And pray for the strength to get through with ease.

In those moments of darkness, we feel lost,

The world seems bleak, our hope exhausts,

But somewhere deep inside, we find a light,

That guides us through the darkest of nights.

And though we cannot always fix it all,

Or deal with every problem, every call,

We find the strength to rise and try,

And face the challenges that make us cry.

For in the end, it's the strength we find,

That makes us resilient, that makes us kind,

To ourselves and to others who feel the same,

And helps us rise above pain and the shame.

So, when those days of darkness find us once again,

We hold on to hope, and the strength within,

Knowing that though the pain may last for a while,

We'll get through it, with a brave smile.
