In the past, witches gathered on the banks of the Yellowstone River, each trying to prove that she was stronger than the other. That's why the river is known as Witches' River.

People avoided going near the lake, but Robbert Williams had the courage to go there, catch them and burn them at the stake. As the witches burned, they cursed Robbert.

The weeks passed and Robbert lost his mind more and more every day. One evening he killed his family. The first was his wife, who stood in front of him to protect the children. Robbert cut her throat without blinking. Then he went towards the boy, whose head he split with the axe, and then followed his 8-year-old girl whom he sexually abused and then decapited. To cover his tracks, Robert threw the bodies into the river.

Then, year after year, dozens of girls disappeared, the only culprit of these crimes being none other than Robbert Williams.

The people says that the witches cursed the town so that their suffering would not be forgotten, and every new generation has to be terrified by a serial killer, like Robbert was. Despite this fact, in the last century, the small town managed to be the most peaceful in eastern Montana.

But these are just stories. Witches never existed, right?
