Recap: Keshav complete revealing his past to Myra.

Keshav woke up from the sleep when he was missing Myra's warmth. Hearing the sound of her anklets from the kitchen he entered directly and saw her filtering tea in a cup. He hugged her from behind and closed his eyes inhaling her fragrance fresh from bath.

Myra: Get ready and I will cook breakfast by the time.

Keshav placed a kiss on her nape and returned to the room to get ready. Myra placed the casserole on the dinning table and waited for Keshav to join her. Keshav came out dressed in a vest and shorts and sat next to her. 

Myra was very quite and on completing the brekafast they settled on the couch in the hall. Keshav pulled her to sit on his lap and he traced her cheek with his knuckle slowly looking at her eyes.

Keshav: What is with this silent punishment now butterfly ?

Myra: I saved the energy to start the discussion after we complete the breakfast. Now answer me, how many proposals did you get all these years ?

Keshav: I hardly speak to the opposite gender little one still I got some proposals when I was in school, college and when I worked in the IT firm in Bangalore. Also my friend's sister proposed me but I rejected them all straight away.

Myra: Who was the girl whom you took home for the first time ? I don't remember you bringing any girl home after her.

Keshav Mv: Is this serious wife interrogation session now ? 

Keshav: She is Rakesh's sister. I invited him home since he was leaving for Ooty with his family. He was in a mall with her so came home with her. Rakesh got a call from his other friend for some help so he went to meet him leaving his sister at home. Since it was getting late he called me to drop her at his place. Now she is married and has 2 children.

Myra: Who was the girl you brought on appa's 60th birthday ?

Keshav: She is my friend's sister Rachel, who proposed me. My friend requested me to take her to Chennai since she had an interview. I didn't expect her to confess her love for me to amma so I booked a cab and sent her away immediately.

Myra: Not once did you feel or thought of moving on instead of waiting all these years ?

Keshav: I would have waited even if we weren't married butterfly. I promised to love you until my last breathe so how could I move on from you ? You were consuming my mind and heart more and more with each passing day. I was living with you in my thoughts.

Myra: Did you felt your emotions over powering you to confess your love or your plans about our marriage ?

Keshav: Yes, every day I felt like running back to you and confess everything but I stopped myself. The most painful moment was when I couldn't confess about my love or plans of marriage on the day of your haldi. Do you remember, you stumbled and fell on me ?

Myra: Yes, I was on the verge of breaking down but put on a facade infront of everyone. As soon I saw you I couldn't control my tears.

Keshav: When you fell on me I saw your eyes, it held so much pain. I wanted to take you away from everyone and hug you and confess everything but I couldn't let go of the last chance in hand so I chose to console you with my words. I still remember my words that I said to you that day "Your smile is missing and don't give up on that for anything or anyone. Everythingwill be fine "

He cupped her face and kissed her cheek. With his thumb and forefinger he stretched her lips into a smile.

Keshav: Give me your smile and I will bring the world at your feet.

Myra felt emotional wrapped her arms around his neck placing a kiss on his nape.

Myra: You said that everything was taken care by you but what about the haldi ? 

Keshav: Did you think I would let someone else give the haldi to my bride ? I sent them through his mother. I bought special sweets and placed them before you were brought for the ritual. At the end of the ritual you were fed the same sweet. Also you smeared the haldi on me and completed the ritual for me too.

Myra gasped and looked at Keshav who was smiling.

Keshav: It was destiny little one. I couldn't arrange that ritual for me but my bride did that by herself. After all those years everything fell in place for us.

Myra: Weren't you scared that I might reject your proposal ?

Keshav: Honestly I was. I was scared that even uncle and aunty might reject me in the first place considering the age gap. They took atleast 5 minutes to think about my proposal and when they were about to reply, I scared that they might reject me so I stopped them and requested them to let you decide. I was on pins and needles until they spoke to you and let me know that you wanted to talk to me. Trust me, I prayed every diety that came to my mind. I trusted my love and used my charms to make you agree for my proposal.

He winked at her and Myra slapped his arm.

Myra: Don't be full of yourself. I didn't fall for your charms mister. I liked your honesty but now after hearing out from you I realized you are such a fraud.

Keshav: Call me any name but everything is worth because I have you with me. Look at you sitting comfortably on my lap holding my neck. You are such a wonderful sight to my eyes.

Myra: Stop flirting, we are not done yet. 

Keshav placed his finger on her lips to stop her and he continued.

Keshav: I never wore the shirt you gifted me, I saved that to wear when I propose you but came in hand for greater purpose. I bought a new silk dhoti to wear for the wedding and wore the shirt you gifted me.

Myra: So even that was planned but you lied to me that you randonly pulled a shirt from your wardrobe and that happened to be the one I gifted you ?

Keshav: I m sorry butterfly, I really mean it.

Myra: I know but I m not convinced because you wasted 9 years of us. Alright lets continue. How many times did you look at me like you look now, I mean before we were married ?

Keshav: The day you kissed me was the first time I felt to hold you in my arms forever. That was the first time I touched your bare waist, they were so soft. Later it was when I saw you on the annual day dressed up in the saree I chose for you. You looked just as I imagined you in it and I badly wanted to hug you for once but couldn't do it. The next time was when you gifted me the shirt, your lips were so inviting when you were busy tasting the chocolate. 

Myra: Nothing more ?

Keshav: The day when I got to know about your marraige was the day I felt the extreme of my desires. When I entered, you were all alone drying your hair. There were water droplets on your cheeks, neck and you weren't wearing a dupatta so I got to see the water drops on your chest too. I couldn't resist and let my eyes to treat on your perfect curves. 

He squeezed her waist and pulled her closer to press their body against each other. He left open mouth kisses her cheek, neck and chest. 

Keshav: I felt the urge to suck those water drops and squeeze your waist like I m doing now. I cut off my mind before the thoughts turned dirtier.

Myra started pulling his hair and he hissed in pain and tried to get his hair away from her hold. 

Myra: How could you look at me like that when you were yet to confess your love and technically I was not in love with you ?

Keshav sighed in relief when he successfully removed her hands and adjusted his hair threading his fingers through it.

Keshav: I have been in love with you for years and it was that one moment my mind gave into desires. Again not my fault you looked so alluring, I m sorry for that too. Its all already lunch time so pause the interrogation and let me cook food for us.

He carried her in bridal style and made her sit on the dining table and moved to the kitchen to start cooking.

Myra: Aren't you talented to sing songs apt to the situation so why not sing a song now ?

Keshav:

Myra bit her lips to hide the smile on listening to his singing but Keshav smirked looking at the hue of pink on her ears and cheek. He sauntered to her and placed a carrot in her mouth for a bite and he started biting the other end of the carrot. Myra pulled the carrot from his mouth and folded her arms glaring at him.

Myra: No kiss punishment is still on Mr. husband so behave until you convince me.

Keshav: Why don't you punish me some other way and we can get over this no kiss punishment quickly ? 

Myra: No, you will wait until I let you kiss me or I initiate it. Now tell me, how were you able to post songs that matched my emotions perfectly everytime ?

Keshav: My only hobby was listening to songs. I get connected with the lyrics most of the times. 

Myra: I have decided your punishment Ketchup. From now on you will reply to anything I ask or talk with in 10 seconds.

Keshav: Why 10 seconds when I m doing that instantly already ?

Myra: Oh, I forgot to clarify Ketchup. You will reply with one or two line song and since you don't want the 10 second, I take that back.

Keshav stopped his work and was before her instantly holding her shoulder.

Keshav: Butterfly, you haven't let me kiss you, isn't that punishment sufficient already ?

Myra: Nope, are you not a fan of posting songs to match the situation so how about you do that until my next order ?

Keshav: What if I fail to find a song to your question ?

Myra: 24 hours will be added to the already no kiss punishment. Every time you miss a reply  add 24 hours yourself.

Keshav plopped on the chair next to her in shock and Myra dusted the non existing dirt from her shirt and jumped from the dining table. She poured a glass of water and passed to Keshav and he gulped immediately. 

Myra patted his shoulder with a smile.

Myra: Good boy, your time starts now.
