Storm was inside the Pendragon house again. In the Duke's study,he was again having a conversation with Seokjin,alone this time. He was still debating with himself whether to ask for Taehyung's help to send Heeseung and his friends home or let them stay here until he recovers. He actually wanted to send them to their world as soon as possible even if it means asking Taehyung's help but he was in doubt.

If only he was not sick,or if only Nine knew the magic formula to open a portal to another world. Nine only knew how to open portals to hell and within the kingdom. He didn't know how to open a portal to another world. And in this world,the only person who could open it was Taehyung. Apart from him,Heeseung's destiny book had a portal but it definitely required Pendragon blood person to open it.

Though Nine told him to keep Heeseung here with Pendragon protection,he was still unsure. He wanted to send him and his friends with Taehyung's help and that was what he told Heeseung too. Wasn't that the whole reason why he fought with Heeseung in the first place.

"Where is Taehyung?",Storm asked with no respect at all.

Seokjin didn't seem to mind his disrespectful behaviour. "He is out of the city for a secret mission"

Then that leaves only one choice. Can't help it now. "Keep Heeseung with you then. Until I return atleast"

Storm hoped to find Jackson soon so he could go back with Heeseung.

Seokjin narrowed his eyes,"...where are you going?"

"None of your business"

Seokjin,"....Storm,if there is anything I could help,please tell me—"

"Then take care of them",Storm cut him off. "And know that this is not a request. I will absolutely screw this kingdom in the worst possible way if anything happens to him. And I mean it"

Seokjin lowered his head with a bitter smile,"I know that you mean it. And I promise you,I will keep them all safe"

Storm stood up with his hands inside his pockets,looking nothing but bored. He clearly noticed Seokjin's under eye blackness. The signs of sleepless nights. The nightmares must be haunting him night after night. If he is tired like this,he would become physically and mentally weak. That would not be good if he is going to protect Heeseung.

Thus,he secretly undid the nightmare spell he created for all the Pendragons except for Ashen Pendragon. He wanted Ashen to stay weak forever and ever.

Storm left the room without telling Seokjin that he undid the spell.

After passing few hallways,he saw Heeseung leaning against a window frame,looking down at the training knights. With him was Nine,keeping him company.

When Heeseung noticed Storm's presence,he completely ignored Storm and continued to watch the knights.

Storm stood next to Heeseung and looked at Nine,extending his hand. Nine clicked his finger and the destiny book he received from Storm,appeared on his palm.

Storm took it and signalled Nine to leave them alone.

After Nine left silently,it was only the two of them in the hallway.

"Here.....the destiny book"

Heeseung took it without looking at him.

Storm wanted to say something but didn't know how to spell his inner thoughts. It was difficult. These emotions are strange and unfamiliar.

"Wait here.....until I return",Storm said calmly.

Heeseung furrowed his eyebrows and looked at him,"....."

Heeseung clearly remembered him telling that he would arrange something to send them back home.

Storm looked away,feeling awkward. He wanted Heeseung to say something but it didn't seem like he would. So he rummaged his shirt and pulled out a necklace. A red diamond ring. It was the heirloom of the Pendragon house that his mother left him with. Storm took Heeseung's hand and kept it on his palm.

"Return this thing to me when we meet again",Storm said casually before walking past Heeseung.

Heeseung looked back at Storm's leaving figure. He wanted Storm to apologise to him but nothing like that happened. He was sad. And angry. So damn angry that he could rip his hair off. But looking at the ring,he calmed down. Atleast Storm would come for this ring but what is it anyways? He doesn't remember any fact about this ring from the book.

Sighing,he wore the necklace around his neck and hid the ring under his white shirt.

"There you are"

Heeseung looked back to see Seokjin Pendragon walking towards him with a smile.

"Heeseung,is everything alright?"

Heeseung nodded with a smile,"Yes"

"Good",said Seokjin. "Have you had breakfast? If not,come join me kid"

"Sounds good",Heeseung smiled and walked alongside Seokjin. "By the way,where are my friends?"

"Oh,they have gone to Bishop territory. Jaeyun had been all whiny about not having to do anything. So I gave them some light work"

Seokjin was secretly glad that he didn't mention about this to Storm,if he did,Storm would have gone ballistic. Sending his friends to a plagued area wouldn't be called 'protection' but the 'plague' was just a cover for the real situation there. It wasn't a disease that would spread to others through any contact or breath. But they had to keep it that way. For now,it is safe to send them there,he hopes nothing goes wrong.

"I told them I'll be sending you as soon as you get here. Do you want to join them?"

"Sure! I miss them"

Seokjin,"Alright. Then I'll be taking you to them after the breakfast"

As Seokjin promised,Heeseung would be directly under his protection. The other two are with Gloria and Gabriel so he didn't need to worry.

They took their breakfast with a light hearted conversation and then Heeseung went to his room to get ready for the journey. After wearing new pair of red long sleeved gothic shirt and black pants,he came down only to see Seokjin having a conversation with another Pendragon.

Who is this again?

"Heeseung,this is my brother,Hoseok Pendragon. And Hoseok,this is Heeseung. Storm's.....friend?",Seokjin introduced Heeseung with a bit of awkward tone.

Hoseok Pendragon,oh Heeseung remembers. This man protected Storm against Ashen at the last chapter of the destiny book. And God damn it,these genes are killing him.

Hoseok seemed a bit startled with the term 'friend'. Blinking twice,he turned to Seokjin with a worried face.

Seokjin patted his shoulder,"Don't worry. You know Jaeyun right? This is his friend from....you know"

"Oh",Hoseok smiled slightly and gave a slight nod. It was obvious that Hoseok hadn't left his guard around Heeseung. "Anyways",he turned to Seokjin,not at all interested in Heeseung. "You must come and take a look. I actually wanted to bring Taehyung with me but that bastard is nowhere to be seen"

Seokjin sighed,stroking his temple. He looked at Heeseung with a hopeless look,"....it seems we will have to wait a bit until we see your friends "

Heeseung understood that the Pendragons are not that free to do anything they want,"It's fine sir. Please go ahead and attend to your work"

Seokjin,"But I can't let you stay here alone. You'd be bored to death and I can't have you going around the city without a Pendragon by your side"

Heeseung,"It's fine. You can just assign me a knight if you're worried"

"I promised Storm that I would protect you. You're my responsibility,Heeseung"

"....Storm asked you to protect me?"

"Yes"

Hoseok,"Storm....came here?and asked you to protect.....him?"

"It wasn't actually 'asked' but anyways,you know how he is",Seokjin waved his hand as if to dismiss the topic. "So Heeseung,I was wondering,would you like to join me and Hoseok? A small trip to his territory would keep you entertained,don't you think so?"

Heeseung's eyes lit up slowly. He was glad that Seokjin offered this opportunity because he didn't want to be all depressed and alone in this lonely mansion. But he still looked at Hoseok as if to see if he disagrees.

Hoseok cleared his throat,"I'm fine with it"

It had been 3 days since Gabriel,Gloria,Jake(Jaeyun) and Sunghoon left the Pendragon duchy. They had finally arrived at the borders of the Bishop territory.

Looking outside,Jake awed in amusement. The surrounding was so beautiful like he had landed on heaven. It was a beauty different from the capital. The whole capital had Pendragon aesthetics most of the time but this city was way more different. Pendragon is black and red beauty while Bishop is purple and black beauty.

"What a paradise",Jake mumbled earning a scoff from Gloria.

"Paradise? Compared to our capital,this is nothing special"

Gabriel,"Gloria,you must behave yourself today. Don't get rile up,understood?"

Gloria groaned,"Brother,it's not me who starts it. You know it! Bishops are so bitchy that I can't help it"

Sunghoon gave a side eye to Gloria but said nothing.

Gabriel,"Let's not ruin aunt Luna's reputation. She is already in a rough position"

Jake looked at Gabriel with a frown,"What does that mean? Why is lady Luna in a rough position?"

Sunghoon looked at Jake who was obviously concerned over lady Luna's situation. It seemed like he had grown really fond of Luna during his stay in the Pendragon house.

Gabriel sighed as if he does not even want to talk about it. Still he explains it,"Because Bishops looks down on Pendragons. They had been looking down on Pendragons since day one,I heard"

"Why? Are they god?",Sunghoon asked with a little eye roll.

Gabriel,"Actually....yes,in an indirect way. They are heaven descendents"

Sunghoon,"What the...."

Jake,"For real?"

Gloria,"They are descendents of the heaven angels. That's why they possess the best healing abilities. Their divinity is nothing like priests. But unfortunately,those fishbones for brains are doing nothing with their powers unless they are formally requested"

"Why are they doing nothing with their powers?",asked Jake.

"Because apparently,they are a neutral party. They do not work for royalty nor the nobles. If they sided with any party,the power balance would be disturbed in many ways",Gabriel explained.

"How?",Jake continued to ask.

Gabriel,"Imagine an army with immortal soldiers"

Jake,"Huh?"

Gloria,"They can't bring immortality but because of their divine healing abilities,knights could fight days and nights with no rest. That's....not good"

Sunghoon crossed his arms,"So....then why is lady Luna in Pendragon duchy? She married a Pendragon who already had so much power over the kingdom"

Gabriel,"We don't know what were circumstances back then. But I guess,that was their way of showing their dissatisfaction with the royalty back then. But.....now their marriage has become a thorn in their eyes. Bishops do not like Pendragon ways. And lady Luna,...well....she is definitely a perfect Bishop women but she stays by Pendragons. After the war,Bishops wanted lady Luna to divorce our uncle and let the neutrality stay as it was back in the past but lady Luna refused"

Gloria was gritting her teeth,seething in anger,"Aunt Luna should just cut them off"

"Stop",Gabriel warned suddenly. "We are here. Behave"

A massive gate was infront of them with a symbol of a lady angel.
