When Heeseung opened his eyes,he could not see Storm on the bed. Frowning a little bit,he tried sitting up but hissed slightly feeling a familiar back pain. With painfully squinted eyes,he looked around to see sunlight shining from the sky. A warm breeze was coming in through the open atmosphere. He wandered his eyes through the room and found that the mess had been cleaned up. It no longer looked like a hell anymore. Cleaned white marble floor,organised table and couches,the room was simple and almost empty,no unnecessary decorations.

He attempted to stand up but his legs wobbled making him stumble along with his bedsheets. Taking a deep breath,he steadied himself and stood straight and covered his entire body with a white blanket before walking to see the outside scenery. The forest was still huge like he could see no end to it. And he could see why the forest would be dark even at a day time,the trees were huge and leaves served like a canopy stopping most of the sunlight hitting the grounds. But since Storm's castle was huge like a mountain,he could still see and feel the sunlight.

"Woke up already?"

The voice startled him. Looking back,he saw Storm leaning against the door frame with arms crossed,in a casual outfit of all black. His complexion looks better than yesterday,though his hair had grown a little bit longer.

"Where are your wings?"

It was really an awful question and Heeseung really did not mean to ask him this question as soon as he saw the devil. But his tongue slipped faster than his brain. He felt embarrassed all of a sudden when when Storm smirked.

"It seems like you care about my wings rather than asking me about specific other questions like 'how are you' or maybe 'are you alright'. Hmm?"

Heeseung bit his tongue for being stupid but he did not want to lose,"Well,apparently,you did not care enough to acknowledge me or my friends as your friends back then,so I guess I'd rather concern myself with your wings than you"

Stupid stupid stupid

Heeseung knew he made no sense at all. And he was being petty here for remembering and reminding Storm about his behaviour from back then.

Storm snickered,"Don't tell me you're sulking over that",he started walking closer to Heeseung before standing next to him."Are you now?"

Heeseung shrugged and ignored him to look at the outside.

Storm sighed,"Look",now he sounded a bit serious. "I did that for your and your friends' sake. I don't know if you could understand me or not,and I'm certainly not going to go into details because I believe you know. I can't keep you guys closer to me"

"We are not going stay here forever,so I didn't think it would be a big deal"

Storm,"Yes you're right. But it seems like plans might have to change"

Heeseung blinked and looked at Storm,confused.

Storm looked outside as if he was contemplating whether to tell me or not but when he sighed,it seems like he made up his mind. "I can't go back with you yet"

"What,but you said—"

"Listen",Storm cut him off and looked at him dead in the eyes,"Someone had kidnapped my physician. That's why Nine had to bring you here and I didn't know it until I talked to Nine this morning. Without my physician,I cannot go back to my regular self. You are only a temporary solution. I can't depend on you for a long time"

"Then I'll stay with you until you find him",Heeseung suggested as if it wasn't a big deal.

But Storm was silent and his silence wasn't a 'yes'. The way he was sternly staring down at him was an obvious 'no'.

"...I'll arrange for you and your friends to go back"

Heeseung's heart felt a sting of pain. Going back without him? It felt odd.

"What about you?",Heeseung asked silently.

"After I found Jackson,I'll get treated and.....I'll come to you"

But Heeseung couldn't believe the words he was given. What if he never comes back. What if something happened to him? What if he went berserk again?

"What's the difference going back and waiting for you or staying here with you until you get treated to go back?"

Storm seemed to have been taken aback but he soon composed himself and held Heeseung's shoulders,"There is a difference. And you know it"

"No I don't"

"Don't be stubborn"

"I'm not being stubborn! I don't know what you are talking about! I can stay with you and —and help you—"

"You can't!",Storm raised his voice. He looked away immediately when Heeseung's face went pale with wide eyes.

"What can you even do apart from sleeping with me? You are only going to be trouble here. Just —Just go home with your friends. I can always replace you with someone else"

And that hit the nail. Heeseung was rather disappointed than sad. And maybe angry. He knew Storm was right but he didn't really have to put it in that way right? He almost felt like a whore. His heart felt like someone was poking needles ruthlessly.

"You are awful",Heeseung's voice broke.

He heard Storm's low chuckle,"I thought you already knew it"

Storm looked at him again,no emotion in his eyes,"You expected too much from a devil"

Heeseung felt his eyes stinging. He didn't want to cry,not infront of him. He was not a cry baby so he held himself back. But he kept his glare on him. "Did I now? I expected.....nothing! from you! I only wanted to give you something rather than expecting. Was that too much? Was I that lowly for your majesty? Haha!",Heeseung couldn't help but to laugh with no humour,eyes glistening,"In the end,I was just a replaceable whore to you"

Storm stared straight into his eyes without saying a word. He didn't seem to want to correct Heeseung's wording. He desperately wanted Storm to correct his word 'whore' but Storm said nothing.

He looked down with a sad chuckle and wipes his almost rolled off tears,"Bring me back to the Pendragon house. You don't have to care anymore,sir Taehyung had already volunteered to bring us back home"

"I can't believe I have to do this even in my vacation!!",Sunghoon grinned his teeth with fisted hands on his lap as he glared at Jake who was sitting infront of him in the carriage.

Jake laughed nervously,raising his hands in defence,"Now now Hoon,don't get mad,okay. Besides,it's boring to sit around doing nothing"

"It might be boring for YOU but not for ME! What do you know about being a fucking doctor! You sicko!",Sunghoon stood up trying to beat the crap out of Jake but someone beside him grabbed him by the waist and pulled him down to sit down. "Let go,you asshole!"

Gabriel chuckled,"Gee,what an angry puppy"

"What did you just —"

"Oh cut the crap!",It was Gloria who was sitting right beside Jake. She was sitting with legs crossed,with a bored look. She was wearing a black leather outfit with her mage cape. Her short hair was in two pigtails today. Lips rosy pink,boots also in rosy pink,she was a fashion icon in the kingdom. "What's the point of being a physician if you can't even treat a patient. Shouldn't you be rather happy that we are going to a plague area,so now that you can show off?"

"Which fucking doctor is happy to be in a plague area?! Do you think I became a doctor by my will?! And why the heck are you even going with us if you can't even open a portal or something for us!"

Gloria shot up with angry eyes,"What did you say bastard! Do you wanna fight or something?! It's not that I can't open a portal! It's prohibited to open a portal to that area!"

Jake also got a hold of Gloria's waist and pulled her down,"Come on~ don't be like this"

Gloria seemed to calm down when Jake pleaded with her. She looked away with a humph but Sunghoon was still raging.

"If you guys wanted to go,why drag me?! What about Heeseung?"

Jake sighed,"I really don't want to say this but you are a top rookie doctor in our country,you know that right? Isn't it obvious why I wanted to take you with us? Also,Heeseung will soon join us. Sir Seokjin told us not to worry about him"

"Is this ice prince that much of a big deal in your world?",Gabriel asked arms crossed,brows raised in surprise.

Jake lit up like a light bulb,"Hell yeah man! He is the best! People come from all over the world to just take a peek at him! His hands are god given! Even his face makes the front page of famous newspapers!"

Gloria,"God wasted such a talent of him. Jeez,what a shame"

This time,Sunghoon didn't argue,instead he smiled,"That....I can't argue with that. I'm thinking the same. Just why was I born like this? If I wasn't this handsome and talented,I'd have lived my life better"

Gloria seemed to be even more pissed with that statement.

Gabriel had a very judgemental face when facing Sunghoon.

Only Jake seemed to be used to this,"It's really painful to know that he isn't being arrogant but stating facts"

Gabriel,"You are such an oddball"

Sunghoon glared at him,"And by the way,someone tell me why the hell is this bastard sitting with me instead of his dad?! Why can't he come?!"

"Why would he come?",Jake was confused as hell since he still didn't seem to catch onto the fact that his cousin had grown a little crush.

Gabriel made a weird face,"Why are so obsessed with my dad,you weirdo"

Sunghoon's face went blank and ignored Gabriel like a plague. It was painfully obvious that Sunghoon didn't want to associate with Gabriel at all.

"Oho~ what a cold ice prince you are,ignoring me like that",Gabriel teased with his hand supporting his head.

Jake,"Don't be offended,please. He is just like that to everyone"

Gabriel smirked,"I was happy thinking he was specially mean to me but now you said he is like that to everyone,I kinda feel offended"

Jake blinked few times,"...really?"

Gloria,"He's just trying to pick a fight"

Sunghoon rolled his eyes and looked away,annoyed as fuck.
