Do not cry.

When the rain falls hard on the roof,

And the branches of the trees scrape the window.

Do not hide your face in you pillow as the tears roll down.

Do not cry.

If someone calls you a name,

Screaming and ranting insanity in your face.

Shed not a single drop in defiance.

Sometime we all must deny ourselves,

We must not eat that pear on the tree no matter how golden the skin.

Lest we fail.

Not the test that is there by god,

Not the test that is seen by man,
